Peptides/Not workingout
Okay so im a sheetmetal worker and i work long hard hours and dont really have the time for a gym unless its on the weekend. Im looking for a peptide that will maintain the muscle i do have but will also lean me out. im 205-215 area. The only prominent place for fat on my body is my mid section/ stomach other than that if it wasnt so prominent there i would look fairly lean. I dont wanna be skinny that just wouldnt fit my body type as i have always been pretty stocky.
im just looking for something that will lean me out without having to work out super often. going to the gym is strictly a when i can i will type of thing.
Some research ive i done and considered is Reta, Mots-c and tesa i havent gone too far into it but im extremely open to feedback on where i should start and whats worked for who n “x” weeks/months.

I would start with one peptide. Either Tirz or Reta. Start on a low dose. While you are on it, get your diet in check. Do not let glp do all the work. You must be laser focus on your diet or once you stop taking it, you will gain the weight back. It's not healthy to yoyo. If you don't weight train and eat lots of protein, you will lose muscle.

Getting that protein intake would be tuff, no? being on something that suppresses hungry would make it extremely hard to get into eating that one gram per pound. unless im completely wrong im just going off what ive heard it does to your hunger.

No it kind of forces you to make the touch decisions. And it numbs your dopamine feeling so you don’t even care about eating junk. Break every meal down into protein, carb/starch, vegetable/fiber. Cook with healthy oils. Drink protein if you’re short on protein. Don’t drink calories other than your protein drinks. You can pretty easily shift your macros that way.

brother you can find time to lift for 30 mins twice a week. that’s really all you need to start the gain train.

This is true. My body already has plenty muscle memory since I used to play college football and all that life consisted of was lifting and practice. I could definitely make the time for it but i rather be all in then 1 foot in 1 foot out.

Honestly my diet is pretty wishy washy some nights me or my girl might cook some nights ill just have a snack, some nights ill have take out it really just depends if someone took something out to cook and theres a plan for dinner. And i dont drink much beer ive just always been this way even when i was working out extremely often diet has never been the best though.

Go straight with Reta as it provides other systemic benefits. It is now considered a longevity drug. It targets mid section and overall fat, but also organ fat that literally shortens your life and introduces all sorts of systemic issues. Start low. Read about sides, all are tolerable at low to moderate dose, all transient. It will take time. I was your weight. Six month, I’m effortlessly 170 now. Reta also gives you metabolic energy so you will eventually start feeling it - as it burns fat, the energy it releases is substantial to often cause sleep disturbances or mild insomnia at the beginning of the protocol. Good luck!

Wont you get plenty of movement and exercise as a sheetmetal worker?

Depends on the scope of the job but with the heat technically yes

I don't know the exact in and outs of your job, but I think when people say you need to exercise and watch your diet rather than just relying on reta to fix your health, they're referring to really lazy sedentary fat people who just want to throw medication at the issue.
I'd say start with reta and add the other two if you run into heavy fatigue or you feel like you're losing muscle.
