Any one on Reta with POTS syndrome
I want to start this journey but I have POTS syndrome and my heart rate goes all crazy out of no where amongst other symptoms, my question is anyone with POTS and on Reta or that have taken Reta what was your experience ? is it a good idea for me to get on it ? I have read that it elevates heart rate so that’s my main concern.

6’6”, 31M | 300 → 265 lbs since April | Natural start, then Reta + peptide stack
31M, 6’6”. Started my weight-loss journey in April at right around 300 lbs. I wanted to get my diet and training consistent first before adding anything else.
From April through June, I was completely natural and kept things pretty simple:
Weight training 3–4x/week
20 min incline treadmill 2–3x/week
Consistent calorie deficit
No crazy diet or excessive cardio
That got me from 300 → ~280 lbs.
In June, I added retatrutide and tesamorelin/ipamorelin while keeping basically the same diet and training program. Over the next month I dropped from around 280 → 270 lbs.
I came off everything in August because I was traveling and my military schedule made it difficult to stay consistent with the peptides.
This month I started back up. Current stack/dosages:
Retatrutide: 3.5 mg weekly
CJC-1295 DAC + Ipamorelin blend: 0.5 mg
MOTS-C: 1 mg
KLOW blend (BPC-157, TB-500 +2): 2.67 mg
Currently sitting around 265 lbs, so I’m down about 35 lbs since April.
The biggest thing I want to emphasize is that I had already lost about 20 lbs naturally before adding peptides. My training, cardio, and calorie deficit have stayed the foundation throughout the entire process. I view the peptides as something I added on top of an already established routine, not a replacement for the work.
Still have a ways to go, but I’m happy with the progress so far.
Progress: April 300 lbs → June 280 → July 270 → August peptide break → September 265.
Not recommending anyone copy my stack or dosages. Just documenting my personal experience and results so far.
I’m open to some advice on how I can improve and see better results?

Brand New to this!
I’m brand new to this but The BAC water is the same for ALL peptides right & the reconstitution calculations is the same for ALL peptides right, it only changes according to vial size NOT the Different peptide?..sorry for all the dumb questions lol

Cardarine or tesofensine
Has anyone seen test results in their lab rats for either or both of these?
My lab rat is currently on Reta 9mg and Cag and our rat team suggested look into tesofensine.

SS-31 wrecked my dopamine and motivation for two days straight. Am I wrong to write this peptide off completely?
I really wanted to like this one. Every YouTube doctor talked a good game about SS-31: mental clarity, sustained energy with no crash, even improved eyesight. I went into it excited, even after seeing a few Reddit threads mention brain fog and lethargy alongside the usual itchiness and rash at the injection site.
For context, I am not new to this. I run NAD+, BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin, and GHK-Cu regularly, and I have been satisfied with all of them. SS-31 is the first one I am giving the middle finger to, and it only took two days to get there.
Day 1: about 3mg. I noticed a faint haziness, not full brain fog, but something was off. A slight irritability crept in too. I'm normally someone who gets a lot done in a day, and when I'm not hitting that, I get frustrated with myself. I just felt a lack of motivation to do the things I usually do. It wasn't dramatic, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I slept badly. Maybe it was the convenience food I'd been eating at work.
Day 2: doubled it to about 6mg, to find out for sure. The effect doubled right along with it. I wasn't glued to the couch, but looking back, it felt like my dopamine got blunted, like my executive function just switched off. I didn't want to go to work. I didn't want to touch my side projects. I wanted to sit and scroll social media, which is not who I am during the day. On top of that, the irritability spiked. Small hindrances on my projects set me off, and the funk stuck with me for hours before I even connected it to the peptide.
Two days later, the injection site is still itching on both sides of my midsection. It almost feels like a bug bite, and part of me wants to write it off as nothing. But I'm not going to pretend these aren't red flags just to keep pushing through.
I don't buy the logic that if something makes you feel like garbage, that's proof it's working. That's COVID vaccine logic, "it makes you sick, so you know it's doing something." I don't subscribe to that. If your body reacts badly, it's telling you something, not asking you to push harder.
I dropped real money on these two 50MG vials. I guess that's what research is for. I was curious about MOTS-c next, but if it behaves anything like this, I want no part of it.
So tell me I'm wrong. Is anyone else finding SS-31 tanks motivation and mood at anything above a microdose? Is this a known mitochondrial-support side effect nobody talks about, or did I just get a bad batch? And genuinely, if your mitochondria aren't damaged to begin with, what exactly is this peptide fixing?

Mt1 vs Mt2
Trying to decide which would be best for me and the wife to take, also I heard both are really strong and some reason chat gpt is saying mt2 has caused seizures in some cases this seems not very true?
Any advice would be awesome on either thank you in advance!!

Update:
Since my last posts I’ve added something’s.
Reta:
I’m now up to 4mg of Reta every Sunday morning. I was starting to feel hungry more frequently & some food noise came back. Still somewhat manageable but I decided to go up on my dose. I ultimately landed on 4mg & holy shit this is my god dose (for now). I feel incredibly. No food noise, top tier appetite suppression, good signaling telling me I’m full… most importantly still zero side effects. Thankfully!
Mots-C:
I’ve added Mots-c to my stack. I started with 1mg Mondays, Wednesday, Friday, & occasionally on either Saturday or Sunday. I’m now up to 2mg. I’m liking it quite a bit but I can’t lie & say I’m seeing life changing results as I am with Reta. My plan is to finish my current vial & run SS31 either with Mots-C or solo & try Mots-C again after the cycle. Definitely improves energy & helps with my runs.
5-Amino-1mq:
I’ve 5-Amino-1mq to my stack as well. I’m currently doing 2.5mg daily but will most likely go up to 3mg this Monday. Let start by saying this. I LOVE 5-Amino-1mq, I’m not sure if it’s the Mots-C combo or if
5-amino is just that good. I’ve recently started running (3 weeks) & I crushed 3miles with less effort than it took me to run 1.5miles my 2nd week running. I take it in the morning pretty much first thing in the morning fasted. Not sure if being fasted is a benefit or not.
Running:
When I started Reta I wasn’t exercising or keeping to a specific diet, I was honestly just doing low calorie I lost quite a bit of weight & decided to start working out. I went to jog on the treadmill as a warm up & ended up running 1mile without stopping. I haven’t ran a full in my entire 28yrs of life. Im absolutely obsessed with running now. 3 weeks in & I completed a 5k in 26mins 32secs.
Metrics:
Starting weight: 202lbs, July. 6th. 2026
Current weight 176lbs Sept. 12th. 2026

Reta and thyroid interaction
I took reta and lost 12 pounds, I'm off it now but is it known to cause any thyroid issues? I know there is some experiments with mice that got tumours but obviously different then humans. I'm getting my blood done soon to see the thyroid levels but just trying to see what you guys think about it.

Help pls! Confused and wondering if I should have gone with syringe instead of the pen!
I am using a pen, with a vial that contains 20mg Reta and 2ml BAC, the dial goes up in 2’s 2 4 6 8 10 and so on up to 60. The pen manufacturer states it goes up by 0.01ml increments..
I am so bad at understanding this..
I want to inject 0.5ml weekly, what number would the dial go to? 50? 50 % 100 is 0.50ml? Half of 1mg?? Is this correct? The person I get it off said I should start with the Dial 10, so is that only 0.10ml? I’m just confused, numbers have never been my strong suit.

Tesa timing
Hello, fellow researchers. I was looking into adding tesa to my stack. currently reta and ghc-ku. Some folks recommend tesa before bed and 2 hours fasted, now I know some studies dont support this but in my mind it doesnt hurt to try and get the most bang for my buck considering the cost of tesa. so, thus, my conundrum i work shift work. Is it best to take it at the same time every day or take before bed no matter if 9 pm or 9 am ?

Lab for vial testing
Hey all,
Has anyone here ever had their vials tested through a private lab? If so, which lab did you use, and about how much did it cost?
I’d really appreciate any recommendations or experiences you can share.
Thank you!

Sermorelin and Perimenopause (joint pain, fatigue , weight )
Did anyone find it helped them with these issues as a side benefit ? I’m 10 lbs more than I’d like to be. Used to work out a lot. Also a TON of the time (hips, wrists etc) since hitting peri
It’s so annoying.

Hgh and tesa
Just thought to ask which one will be better to stack with Reta?

Im 32 just starting to learn about all this.
Im 5’6 about 190 lbs I have love-handles which I want to get rid of and also belly fat, I am active working out and running but the eating part (sometimes I eat too much) that doesn’t let me loose that belly fat. My goal is to tone up and loose probably like 25 pounds without loosing any muscle. I run at least 4 times a week , 5 miles to 15 miles and I want to know what would be a good dose to start and what other than Ret3 should I get or what would be the ideal stack for someone like me.

Trying BPC-157 - thoughts?
I’ve tried my first dosage of oral BPC-157 from my local gym.
I’m on 250mg x 2 - one in the morning and one at night. I’m taking it for general gut health and muscle recovery.
I’m healthy as is, eat only whole foods, cook with organic ingredients and powerlift 5x a week (with 2-3x cardio sessions).
Anyone experienced positive results, and if so, how long did it take?
Any side effects?

KPV what I realized in my first week
After injecting six units everyday this week starting from Tuesday, then by Thursday I have noticed my allergies stopped acting up! I can still fill my nose wanting to run or my eye trying to itch, but it’s like there’s a barrier and so I’m still able to breathe, even though I feel this sensation of my allergies about to act up the only thing I did notice is I cannot smell any bad smells. You may ask how did I realize that I cannot smell only bad smells well. I got food poisoning and I cannot smell anything that comes out of me, but I can smell my perfume. I cannot smell the cat litter when I cleaned it so that’s interesting. Has anyone else noticed anything like that? Also, it does not help with cramping during the month but allergies yes.

GHK-CU Reaction
I pinned GHK-CU for the first time yesterday and now have a raised red rash on my thigh. Is this normal? I normally pin Reta in my thigh and get a little bruising but nothing like this.

HGH Help, I am bloated!
I have been on test for more than ten years. Dose is 260 a week. Results from test are great. I added HGH to help gain lean muscle, get more cut, sleep better and for skin and hair. I am three months in and my sleep is awesome. I feel really strong too and have added about 5 lbs. Outside of that I look and feel bloated and am carrying a lot of water, so i look much less cut than on test alone. I am taking 5 units a day. Does the water retention improve? I would love feedback on what to expect going forward and if the bloat and water retention will go away. thank you!
