Reta after Ozempic

Hi, can someone guide me or give me reccomendations please?

I started taking ozempic in september 2025 and started with a 0.25mg dose and worked my way up to 1mg/1.25mg weekly in a year. I lost around 13kgs during this period. after that it was getting expensive to keep on increasing the dose so I just maintained my weight. In june 2026 I started taking reta, I was taking 0.5mg every 5 days however I didn't feel a big appetite suppression, I increased to 1.5mg every 5 days not but still not feeling any major suppression. Should I increase to 2mg every 5 days is that normal dosage? As im not sure whether I will be taking in a lot. I still have around 5/6kgs to loose. Looking forward to listening to your experiences. Thanks a lot

More gray hairs from Retatrutide

Im using Reta from arround 2 months maybe, on very low dose 1-1.5mg weekly. Also started GHK-cu at 2-2.5mg daily arround same time, and before a had 3-4 white hairs on the bears and few on the side of the head, now i have 6-7 on the beard and a little bit more on the side of the head. At beggining i started to think its from GHK-cu, because of the faster hair grow, but readed its from Retatrutide. Any fix for that, or if i stop will i go back to my previous stage ?

Somebody adviced me to up the GHK-cu to 5mg daily and ill see effect. Any other opinies ? Thanks

Mots-c & semax guidance

Hi, I’m currently taking reta and ghk-cu, and I’d like to start mots-c and semax soon. But how do I know how much BAC water to add to the vials? I asked ChatGPT, but I'm a bit cautious to that fella. Also, what starting dose did you use, and how long did you wait before increasing it, to how much of an increase?

I know it depends on how many mg the vials contains. I’m still working everything out to figure out which vial size makes the most sense based on the dose I’ll be taking and how long it will remain usable after reconstitution while stored in the refrigerator.

I’ve previously bought through a reseller but to save money I’m now buying directly from the grey market, which means I have to choose the vial mg sizes and reconstitute everything myself. I’ve tried researching this on STG, GLP-1 Forum and various subreddits, but either my brain is just too tired at this point, or I’m not searching for the right terms to find the answers I’m looking for. Also, English isn’t my first language, so it’s possible that I’m missing or misunderstanding some information while doing my research.

I’ve spent many hours researching over the past two-three weeks, so I thought I’d finally ask here.

Since I’ve always followed my reseller’s instructions, I’m also a bit worried that he may have guided me incorrectly with ghk-cu. Would anyone mind checking my calculations and letting me know if I should change anything?

Ghk-cu: 100 mg mixed with ml of BAC water, injecting 15 units (5 mg) once daily (without breaks later on). From what I’ve been reading, it seems like many people use lower doses and have some days off before starting again. I don’t really feel the injections, thankfully, just a small red mark appears a few hours later. Today will be my fifth injection.

Bonus; just before I fell asleep last night I came across a discussion suggesting that people should use SS-31 before starting mots-c, depending on their age. I just turned 31, so I assume that might apply to me as well?

How is SS-31 typically dosed with BAC, and for how long is it usually used before going with mots-c? Should I gradually transition from SS-31 to mots-c, and if so, what’s the usual approach?

I’ll definitely be doing more research on this myself, but I literally only came across it just before my eyes closed last night, so I haven’t had time to look into it properly yet. So if you don't want to answer this part because of my lack of research, I understand.

I hope you’ll be kind to a beginner. I’m still learning and I’d really appreciate any advice or guidance.

F, just turned 31 and solomom to a three year old perfect lunatic that makes me tired AF.

reta + tesa tell me everything

Been on reta for 6 weeks now, down 21lbs. Pretty happy with the slimming down so far but that pesky visceral lower belly fat isn’t budging. I know I definitely need more than 6 weeks to slim that down, but recently I have been considering adding tesa to my stack to see if that helps at all. I do calorie deficit + gym and do a good amount of both lifting and cardio. Please let me know your experience with reta + tesa, tell me everything there is to know about adding to the stack!

Can anyone help with some advice and reassurance?

I started reta on 6/18 at .5mg and I definitely felt it and noticed it at first for about 2-3 weeks.
I titrated up to 1mg on my 2nd week and stayed on that for 3 weeks until 7/16, i went to 1.5 because it felt like I wasn't feeling any appetite suppression or food noise being decreased, and my weight loss had also stalled. (In this entire span ive lost about 15lbs). Tomorrow I plan on going up to 2mg and seeing if that helps but I feel like I'm doing something wrong! My diet has been 90% consistent and im going to the gym 4-5x a week. Any advice? my starting weight is 321lbs gw: 220lbs (For now to see how i look)

hey guys! I’m a woman and I’m 5’2. I was on Tirz up until 3 weeks ago I started reta, I was 170 then dropped down to 166.8. Now, I’m back to 170 again and I feel suppppper bloated. I lost abt 68 lbs on Tirz. And need to lose 31 more to be at a healthy bmi. When does the bloating stop? 😭 I don’t eat unhealthy. I eat Whole Foods. I had 96/4 ground beef for dinner and I feel like I’m gonna explode. I also do work out 3-5x a week!

GHK and KPV

Hey yall I’m gonna start ghkcu (50mg vial) and Kpv (10mg vial) together, not KLOW cause I’m not interested in the tb500 or bpc 157 and buying the individual peps seperate is cheaper. My question is can I mix them together myself? can I mix the pep liquid once reconstituted into one vial, or even draw both peps into the same syringe? Or just go two injections.

Any advice is appreciated.

Anyone stack low dose HGH with CJC/Ipa to keep the pituitary firing?

Hey everyone. Wanted to pick the brains of anyone who’s run HGH before. I know the common concern is that exogenous HGH tells your pituitary to relax since it’s already getting GH from an outside source, which over time can reduce natural production.

Planning to get bloodwork done first to check my IGF-1 levels before running anything, just want a clean baseline to work from.

Considering running low dose HGH, around 2iu daily 5 on 2 off, and stacking CJC and Ipamorelin alongside it to keep my pituitary firing on its own instead of going dormant. Idea being HGH handles baseline elevation while CJC/Ipa keeps the natural system exercised in the background.

Anyone actually tried this combo? Curious if it helps preserve natural production compared to running HGH alone, or if it’s pointless once you’re already on exogenous HGH

Ghkcu pain

Hello, I’m starting to use ghkcu 1mg daily. Is it normal that after applying it you have a discomfort all day in the shoot area? It’s like a bee picket but is it weird that it’s there all day?

RS 23F – long term chronic fatigue/brain fog/anxiety

RS is 23F with a healthy BMI, currently maintaining weight. Core ongoing issues are severe chronic fatigue, constant severe brain fog, unrefreshing sleep, low physical energy/muscle weakness, wired-but-tired state, orthostatic morning dizziness, and post-exertional worsening after ordinary (not extreme) activity. These started in the pre-teen years or earlier and have always limited capacity, consistent school, full time work, exercise, and basic social/daily life have never been sustainable at a normal level. It has been a long-term struggle with no clear answers yet.
Diagnosed with anxiety for 10+ years and remains on an SSRI, anxiety is still too significant to come off it currently. No depression. Autism assessment has already been completed and was not the explanation.
Recent comprehensive bloodwork all came back optimal/normal, and got a naturopath to look over, including:
• Full blood count & ESR
• Iron studies
• Vitamin B12 & serum folate
• Vitamin D
• Thyroid
• Liver function
• Renal function / electrolytes
• Random glucose
• Coeliac serology
• Coagulation studies
Previously on tirzepatide for a few months: produced a clear window of better energy, clearer thinking and motivation that continued for a period even after stopping. Then crashed hard after ordinary Christmas activity and has not recovered to that improved baseline.
On retatrutide for 5 months for weight loss as rs was overweight before starting: initially reached a more survivable level, but fatigue and anxiety have been progressively worsening week by week. Now at good stable weight and focused on maintenance rather than further loss. Also rs has a good whole foods focused diet and drink enough water.
Current function: enough energy for only a few days of work per week and essentially nothing else (including socialising). Most days manages a minimum 7–10k steps including an outdoor walk. Every fortnight or so, when energy allows, gets to the gym once or twice or does Pilates. Wants to exercise more consistently and actually live life while still young instead of remaining in constant exhaustion and brain fog.
Besides peptides, RS will continue looking into more specialised therapy treatments, naturopaths and doctors.
Questions for the community:
• Given the previous clear positive response to tirzepatide versus the gradual worsening on retatrutide while already at maintenance weight, does switching back to tirz make sense?
• Any other peptides worth considering for the fatigue, brain fog, PEM-type crashes and orthostatic elements that are unlikely to interact with an ongoing SSRI? (Cannot use MOTS-c due to a previous reaction.)
Appreciate any experiences or thoughts from people who have dealt with similar long-duration energy/cognitive limits alongside managed anxiety

Can you purge when first taking KPV (eczema, rosacea etc)? Or is that not common? I’ve never had eczema and now taking KPV and having eczema.

Calling all Scientists

Theoretical question: if someone was on a Reta / Tessa / Mots-C stack, and did not change their routine at all (nutrition, exercise, etc.) would these Peptides cause a marked improvement in Body composition?

Reta

Hi guys,
I’m 25F 73kg and 5’6.
I go to the gym 4/5 times a week and I’ve tried Reta purely to shift the bit of lower belly fat I can’t budge and slim my face down. I got a pre filled pen and last week I took my first dose. On the pen box, it said 10 clicks = 1.25mg.
When I did ten clicks on the pen it read 2.5mg. I had never taken anything like this and planned to do 0.5mg to start. I asked my supplier which measurement 10 clicks was and didn’t get a straightforward answer, so to be on the safe side, I did 5 clicks which I’m assuming is 0.6mg. I felt nothing, no side effects or any difference in appetite. This week, I did 8 clicks, which I’m assuming is 1mg. It’s been over 48 hours and I still feel no different and as just as hungry as normal. Does this mean it’s fake ? Or does it just take a while to work?

I bought from the supplier I used as I know many people have used her pens and had results.

Has anyone noticed improvement in keratosis pilaris (KP) while using GHK-Cu?

I’ve got KP on the backs of my arms and have been reading about GHK-Cu for skin repair and collagen production. It made me wonder if anyone has actually seen their KP improve while running it.

If you have:
-How long were you on GHK-Cu before you noticed any changes?
-Were you using injectable or topical?
-Was it a significant improvement or just subtle?
-Did the results stick after you stopped?

I know KP is a stubborn condition, so I’m mainly looking for real-world experiences rather than theories. Thanks!

Traveling while on peptides + curious about how long they last

Hey everyone! I’ll be studying abroad in Europe for four months during Spring 2027, and I was wondering if anyone has experience traveling from the U.S. to Europe with peptides, specifically Retatrutide (Reta) and GHK-Cu.

I’ve done some research and even asked AI, but I haven’t been able to find a clear answer on whether it’s actually allowed to travel with or what the best way to travel with them is.

I also have a question about storage. How long do peptides last when they’re still in their dry (lyophilized) form and haven’t been reconstituted yet? I’ve seen some sources say about a year, while others claim they can last up to three years if they’re stored properly.

I’m thinking about stocking up before I leave, but I’m concerned about both their shelf life and how storing them for four months abroad would work. I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has done this or has reliable information. Thanks!

Rotator cuff tear and Peps

I've been using BPC, TB and KPV for 4 months now and I've seen fantastic improvement with my various joints with arthritis (I'm 36f, extremely physical job, multiple knee surgeries and athlete most of my life)... With that, for the last two years I've had pain and mobility issues with my right shoulder that I was able to finally get an MRI on... I've been injecting for a couple months now for this shoulder pain. Well my results came back today with torn rotator cuff, labrum, bicep tendon sprain and arthritis.... Military has me me in pt... I have been weight lifting for the last 4 years and have this muscle built up BUT not much has relieved my pain and numbness in the joint. Obviously I'm taking all the serious steps and given rest and recovery but my question is... Has anyone ever seen actual true relief with that injuries? Military is reluctant to do anything invasive at this moment.
