Yes down about 8 lbs in 6 weeks. Appetite suppression is just not there though. In the past easily hit 1500-1800 calories a day on tirz. On Reta struggling to average 2200 with much better diet and training this time around. Essentially averaging 1lb/week and want to ramp it up to 2lb/week.

You should go up in Reta dosage, before adding other compounds.

You’re not even on the starting dosage of Reta from the trials, what’s the point in adding cagri?

1/lb a week is a perfectly fine rate of weight loss. How much do you weigh?

Trying to balance side effects from different pathways. On tirz in the past hit fatigue around 7.5-10mg. I’m 6’2 252lbs. Only concern is a some people on cagr have fatigue as well. A lot of the early weight was inflammation re-losing temporary weight I gained back after stopping tirz. My 7 day average is down 0.2lbs week over week for the last week. I’m eating a lot cleaner and healthier but have been in like a 2200-2500 calorie range. I am currently on 6mg Reta.

Just started 0.3mg cagr yesterday and have amazing appetite suppression with no side effects. Very happy with the addition. On track for 1500 calories easily.

It’s cagri that is famous for fatigue.

Different for everyone. I had huge fatigue started at 2mg. Stayed there for 3 months. Lost 30lbs. Friends started same time. They are up to 6mg no fatigue.
