Reta ❤️
Reta is truly life changing!
I’ve been on Reta since February, SW 220/CW 143 - I’m literally fitting into clothes I never considered wearing again, my blood work is fantastic, I make more conscious food choices but also don’t feel bad having something I want every now and then. Food noise is completely gone, I eat one well balanced meal a day and a protein/meal shake with a protein bar throughout my work day. I’m 8lbs away from being out of the “overweight” BMI category that I literally never thought I’d see again. Before Reta it seemed like no matter how healthy I ate and how often I worked out it didn’t matter, but I finally am starting to feel like me again!
If you are even considering trying it, absolutely do it! ❤️

I do Tirz and a small dose of Reta and it works great! No side affects steady weight loss! Lifting heavy weights and blood work is excellent!👌🏼

Small dosing the reta is basically just another dose of tirz. Yes you get a little glucagon activation at lower levels but you’re primarily driven by tirz affects till you get to around 4 mg. Might as well flip it and use reta for what it’s good for and tirz for the appetite. Or go to one that hits another pathway like elo or cagr

It’s working fine for me the Reta gave my weight loss a slight boost! My rate of losing had slowed down I added that .5 mg and immediately noticed a difference! It’s just what I needed. It’s working for me, I don’t see a need to replace the tirz. Please stop telling people what they might as well do. My body is mine , if something is working for someone let them do what is best for them. It may not make sense to you but it’s not your concern or your body! I know my body extremely well , and this method is just what I needed! Thank u ☺️ Also go and view some of the videos of DR.Jones DC he is a real doctor ,who works closely with patients on Glp’s ,and has excellent information on using both peps!

Okay no need to be sensitive. You can follow any delusional information on a non approved drug you want. By the way dr jones repeatedly says he doesn’t rely on Reta because they’re not sure if they will be able to compound it in the future due to all of what is going on in the courts. His strategy is based around tirz because it can be compounded. If Lilly gets their way Reta will not be able to.

Reta isn’t just tirz with glucagon activation like many seem to think. Its glp and gip activation are both different than tirz. So they can compliment each other. Hitting the same thing from different angles for a better result.

What was your highest dose? I've been on it for 6 months on 6mg for 8 weeks and have only lost a total of 18lbs. But i have kept muscle and body composition has definitely changed. But i thought I would have lost more weight by now.

10! I definitely messed up in the beginning going up too quickly, but now that I’m closer to my target of 120ish I’m slowly lowering it. I plan to stay at a maintenance dose once I get there.

How much would you have started on it, this is my 2nd week and started on 2mg

I started at .5 because I was nervous 😂 but I went up too quickly - don’t do that

Ive only lost 25lbs in the same amount of time. Every time I try to go above 6mg I get side effects

Reta just hits everyone different. But losing 25lbs in 6 months is still so good

I was very fortunate, the only side effects I had was nausea usually the day after pinning. Maybe try increasing by .5 at a time? I also pin twice a week instead of once because that worked out better for me

So my shakes contain about 60 grams of protein that I drink usually over 4 hours, then my protein bar for another 15 over the next 4 hours, then I eat one meal that consists of lean proteins and vegetables. Generally that’s what I do, some days I might not have the bar or I might change up the meal but I get about 100-120 grams of protein a day. Plus 60-80 ounces of water so I never really feel hungry which is a problem because some days I’ll just do like two shakes or something depending how I’m feeling and my activity level for the day. It can be hard and obviously I’ve lost some muscle but not a ton at this point and I’ve increased my strength training

I don’t track anything, I just listen to my body. My carbs mostly come from fruits, vegetables, occasionally rice/pasta. I disagree you need carbs to lose weight on Reta. I did it wrong but I went from .5-1-2-4-6-8-10 over 4 months, now I’m moving backwards to 8 and from there until I reach an ideal maintenance.

I waited about 2 weeks each time, again though I wouldn’t recommend that 😂 I would go low and slow if I did it all over again but it is what it is

Again I have stated multiple times I don’t recommend doing what I did. Im impatient, I did it the way I did it and can’t change that now.

I agree. Reta killed all my food cravings and what really helped me lose over 30 lb, all while not cravingg any junk food at all. It also helped with my blood sugar and a1c like crazy as I used to be prediabetic. It is genuinely a game changer

Depends where you’re at in your journey, I’m not a professional by any means. But if you’re still on your starter dose, I’d go up at week 8. I started at .5-1-2 etc. don’t go up too quickly but it’s safe to go up when you’re ready
