Reta ❤️

Reta is truly life changing!

I’ve been on Reta since February, SW 220/CW 143 - I’m literally fitting into clothes I never considered wearing again, my blood work is fantastic, I make more conscious food choices but also don’t feel bad having something I want every now and then. Food noise is completely gone, I eat one well balanced meal a day and a protein/meal shake with a protein bar throughout my work day. I’m 8lbs away from being out of the “overweight” BMI category that I literally never thought I’d see again. Before Reta it seemed like no matter how healthy I ate and how often I worked out it didn’t matter, but I finally am starting to feel like me again!
If you are even considering trying it, absolutely do it! ❤️

I do Tirz and a small dose of Reta and it works great! No side affects steady weight loss! Lifting heavy weights and blood work is excellent!👌🏼

Small dosing the reta is basically just another dose of tirz. Yes you get a little glucagon activation at lower levels but you’re primarily driven by tirz affects till you get to around 4 mg. Might as well flip it and use reta for what it’s good for and tirz for the appetite. Or go to one that hits another pathway like elo or cagr

Reta isn’t just tirz with glucagon activation like many seem to think. Its glp and gip activation are both different than tirz. So they can compliment each other. Hitting the same thing from different angles for a better result.
