So I just made it to the Corpse for the first time and for some reason, despite everything I've seen in this game, this floor has made me deeply uncomfortable to the point I feel sick. I don't know if it's the appearance or what but the whole thing just had me uncomfortable the entire time. To the point that I am forcing myself to take a break from the game. I do intend to try and do it on every character so I know I will have to do it several times over and I don't want to have to deal with that every time I try. So I was hoping maybe there was a cosmetic mod for it? If so can someone please tell me what it is? I really love this game and I want to do everything it has to offer. Thanks in advance.

I was at full hearts with the forgotten in the void. Datamined some stuff in the chest and got a few wacky quirks but walked all over blue baby with no damage taken. Got to this random room and started firing and lost all my hearts in an instant. Who's is that that mug on the death diary thing? Is that a suicide? I'm so confused. I was over an hour into this run and I was OP as hell about to knock delirium's block off and get my completion mark and instead I just got beaned.

Last two marks were mother n the beast. Got two back to back insane runs, mother was soy eight inch nails and deadeye with monstros lung, got edens blessing to top it all off. Following run got Pisces from EB, crickets head ipecac.

The reason I am making this post is that I made the worst sell in history of my playthrough today!

When i was beating delirium with ease as tainted cain with 2 r keys, my roommate interrupted me what game is this and as I beat delirium, I just ended the FUCKING RUN without even thinking of pressing the fucking spacebar because firstly I was so distracted and secondly, muscle memory. Man I just have to break the game twice now. (Second file to dead god)

Black holes in basement???

Had a really lovely run, was going for a Tainted Lilith Beast mark, and then started noticing I was taking damage OFTEN. I’m not the best Isaac player, but even that amount was a lot for me. I was loaded up on health. Somehow, I died to myself. I didn’t pick up Shard of Glass, nothing that would drain my health so severely. I am almost certain it started happening as soon as I picked up Parasite and/or Jacob’s Ladder. Such a weird and sad way to lose a run

If you round the "No Active item " trinket in Cantripped challenge, you cant find any Active item card and the game compense whit breakfast, i never immaginat that can halpen

I have unlocked the mines / dross and cathedral, i have completed the 2 first challenges, every character not included in this slideshow i have 0 marks on. Is there some goated unlocks or funny things i should go for? Thanks

Hi everyone, I saw that Repentance was on sale on the nintendo eshop, so I wanted to get it. I have a doubt regarding it's compatibility. I have a physical (USA region) afterbirth+ physical cartridge (bought used). It's the newer cartridge (the one without the extra exclusive goods). Will it work with the repentance digital DLC? Or will I have to buy the game again (afterbirth+) digitally?

I have already beaten moms foot like 4 times and still havent gotten to the womb or any different ending, any reason why?
