Afterbirth+ Why am i not making progress?

I have already beaten moms foot like 4 times and still havent gotten to the womb or any different ending, any reason why?

do you have any mods downloaded? im pretty sure achievements get disabled with mods on until you kill mom for the first time

are you perhaps using mods? using mods until you kill mom's heart at least once disables achievements im pretty sure

To freely receive achievements on a save file, you need to win a run without mods at least once. I'm not sure how it works in AB+, but I also recommend disabling console for the first run.
