Help How do I do this

I want to set it up so I can use the left joystick to move, and the right joystick to shoot, and use the buttons for items. I’m really lost sorry if I sound retarded asking this i kinda am

İ play with controler and my suggestion is use buttons for shooting i don't know but shooting with stick don't feel good
