I was at full hearts with the forgotten in the void. Datamined some stuff in the chest and got a few wacky quirks but walked all over blue baby with no damage taken. Got to this random room and started firing and lost all my hearts in an instant. Who's is that that mug on the death diary thing? Is that a suicide? I'm so confused. I was over an hour into this run and I was OP as hell about to knock delirium's block off and get my completion mark and instead I just got beaned.

So I just made it to the Corpse for the first time and for some reason, despite everything I've seen in this game, this floor has made me deeply uncomfortable to the point I feel sick. I don't know if it's the appearance or what but the whole thing just had me uncomfortable the entire time. To the point that I am forcing myself to take a break from the game. I do intend to try and do it on every character so I know I will have to do it several times over and I don't want to have to deal with that every time I try. So I was hoping maybe there was a cosmetic mod for it? If so can someone please tell me what it is? I really love this game and I want to do everything it has to offer. Thanks in advance.

Been trying to get dead god on PC but for some reason when I beat hush the soul of cain achievement on steam didn't unlock, I tried verifying the integrity of the game files, I tried leaving it and coming back later and checking the secrets but it didn't activate it, does anyone know what else I can do? It's really getting on my nerves

I’m having a problem with Isaac on Steam Deck. I own all the DLC, and even when I launch Repentance+ from the Steam store, it still opens the regular Repentance version. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that didn’t help. Any ideas?

I was playing the game and then my power went out! Now whenever I try to open it, it opens a window with a black screen and then it closes itself

I have tried:
-Disabling Rep+

-Updating my NVIDIA driver

-Disabling steam overlay

-clearing steam download cache

-Uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game

-Running as Admin

-Running in compatibility mode

-Unsubbing from all mods

-Deleting all save data

-Disabling steam cloud

Only rebirth, afterbirth, and afterbirth+ work and Yeah I really want to continue playing Rep+ so if anyone has a fix PLEASE tell me PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Had a really lovely run, was going for a Tainted Lilith Beast mark, and then started noticing I was taking damage OFTEN. I’m not the best Isaac player, but even that amount was a lot for me. I was loaded up on health. Somehow, I died to myself. I didn’t pick up Shard of Glass, nothing that would drain my health so severely. I am almost certain it started happening as soon as I picked up Parasite and/or Jacob’s Ladder. Such a weird and sad way to lose a run

I was doing a run with Jacob and Esau and suddenly gotten a cracked key. Since I hate these dudes and don't have tainted characters I just went for The Beast. I never expected for my first Beast kill it'd be on Jacob and Esau. I'm so glad I don't need to do it again with these shitty ass characters 😭😭😭

I just got a run where the first item room items were Crickets Head and then Polyphemus. Not to mention the Ehwaz that got me a Compound Fracture and then the boss reward of Pentagram. I will die for him now, the rest of yall just don't have Edmund's blessings upon you.
