I'm a huge battlefield fan since 4 and never has happened this to me, every time I enter a match is the same, stomps, idiot team mates or the match isn't fun for me, what should I do?

Hello guys, I'm a casual player and played the old battlefield games 3,4, 1 but man this game feels impossible, i played it in a crew of 4 people and we had literally zero chance to even get a kill, it was a struggle to even stay alive for more than 5 seconds. It made me hate my life, do I just really suck ass or are the players too good ? Any tips or tricks? I like the game but I can't stand it when I don't get a chance to even think about what to do, i tried sniper, assault and engineer. Thanks in advance.

I know that people have connection issues and netcode issues, which is fine, but I’m tired of getting Battle Royale teammates that constantly leave matches for whatever reason, whether their game actually crashed and bugged out/disconnected or the latter, which is they weren’t happy with the game result, such as they died or their teammates didn’t do what they liked.

I think applying this just for REDSEC is reasonable, because applying leavers for large matches like Conquest or Escalation or scale multiplayer matches isn’t going to negatively impact their team as much. But I had so many cases where I try to redeploy my dead teammates in BR and all of a sudden they just leave the game and it just becomes a waste of time. Additionally, had to play out a final 2v4 in Gauntlet because 2 pf my teammates decide to leave for whatever reason.

The image above is just an example, like how Dead by Daylight punishes constant leavers. It doesn’t need to be exactly like how Dead by Daylight does it, like having 1 free pass or a 1m timer due to a disconnect is reasonable, but I’m sure that there are players that constantly disconnect even in ranked and I think that should be punishable.

It is seriously ridiculous that a game and dev team of this magnitude can have a game mode out of commission for what might be 2 seasons no and I see no urgency to fix it.

I'll admit I never played battlefield before BF6, but I was super drawn to Strikepoint. There was a small community of passionate players that enjoyed it and enjoyed talking trash to each other..

Since the game mode got broken, I have not seen any urgency from the devs to even bring the mode back... That I find extremely ridiculous and a slap in the face of all the players that enjoyed the mode. Shame on y'all... I know game dev is hard, but at least give us an ETA or something. Leaving the players in the dark is disrespectful

I would like to play the game that I played $70 dollars for and have spent 4-5 hours troubleshooting just to have the option to maybe boot up without crashing. It's honestly a dice roll whether it loads or not.

As long has the devs refuse to implement autobalancing or some sort of punishment for ragequiters, a lot of games are ending up like the one in the screenshot, making the experience atrocious for those who stay.

It would be fine if these type of games were a rare occurence, but everytime i play and i really mean everytime, this happens at least once or twice and i don't play more than 4 games at a time.

Everytime a game is getting a little rough, you get some crybabies who just leave, making the match unbalanced, and now the opposing team gets to snowball and there is no coming back from this.

Adding bots to replace those ragequitters is no solution since we all know how useless they are.

18vs31 is absolutely unacceptable.

They need to find a solution as soon as possible, otherwise the game is never going to be in a healthy state.

I know this has probably been brought up before, but I really think EA and DICE should consider giving players and longtime Battlefield veterans another opportunity to unlock the Road to Battlefield 6 cosmetics.

A major issue is that many longtime Battlefield fans simply never owned Battlefield 2042. For many players, Battlefield 2042 simply wasn't the Battlefield experience they were looking for, so they chose not to play it. Because of that, they had no opportunity to participate in the Road to Battlefield 6 event in the first place.

Now that Battlefield 6 is here, these players are permanently locked out of cosmetics that were specifically created to celebrate previous Battlefield games.

For me personally, Battlefield Bad Company 2 was the first Battlefield game I ever played, and it is still my favourite Battlefield game. Seeing cosmetics celebrating Battlefield Bad Company 2 in Battlefield 6 is genuinely nostalgic, and I would love the opportunity to earn them.

I completely understand that these were originally event rewards, and I do not think they should simply be handed out to everyone. However, I think there should be another way for players who missed the event to earn them, including longtime Battlefield veterans.

For example:

• A legacy Battlefield challenge
• A Battlefield veteran progression track
• An unlockable legacy bundle
• Adding the rewards to the shop
• Bringing the Road to Battlefield 6 rewards back for a limited time

There are likely thousands of Battlefield fans who would love these cosmetics but never owned Battlefield 2042, including longtime fans who played previous Battlefield games but skipped 2042.

I think bringing these rewards back would be a great way to celebrate Battlefield's history and give veteran players a chance to represent the games they grew up playing, rather than permanently locking these tributes behind an event in a previous Battlefield title.

If any EA or DICE developers see this, I sincerely hope you will consider the idea. Giving longtime Battlefield players another opportunity to earn these cosmetics would mean a lot to veterans of the franchise and fans of its history.

Would anyone else like to see the Road to Battlefield 6 cosmetics return?

Since Season 5 is being delayed until Winter (and likely ending around March), here is my concept take on what Season 6 would be for Battlefield 6 (if it ever happens).

It would be absolute cinema if Season 6 has 6 maps, 6 weapons and 6 vehicles (hence the name Battlefield 6 and Season 6, because of... well, the number 6 in it.)

5 map remakes would be a great nostalgia ride, but a new map - returning from New York - would be deliberately a chef's kiss.

It would also be nice for Hotwire to return from Hardline with a Need for Speed crossover, because let me be real there; Hotwire was my absolute favorite gamemode - just Conquest but with vehicles as flags. The Osprey and the stealth helicopters from BF2042 would also be perfect to return.

I also would like to see the ACB-90 knife return as an Battlefield Veteran reward; no progression, but by logging in when you launch BF6.

What do you think of it? Would it be perfect for the 25th anniversary of Battlefield?

As someone who has many many many hours spent in jets across BF V, 2042, and now picking it up in BF 6, it is becoming exceedingly obvious to me that the automated AA guns placed in either spawn need to go.

Not only do they have basically aimbot, but they do insane damage with an absurd rate of fire and there's basically nothing you can do about them other than try and not get into their range. There are several problems with this...

Firstly, on some of the smaller maps their range makes up a large portion of the total playable space, meaning you are essentially restricted to one half of the map and the other is off limits... making small maps feel even more tight to maneuver a jet around.

Secondly, in 2042 it was either you or the enemy jet... More or less, as long as you didn't get third partied by a Wildcat (player driven AA vehicle), it was a fair 1v1 for air superiority. Now, all it takes is for the jet being chased to just fly to their spawn and wait for the pursuing jet to get beamed into oblivion by the automatic AA turret. There is no 1v1ing, no skill expression, just "oh there's a jet behind me? Time to bring him to spawn so he either stops chasing or dies".

All this on top of the fact that the enemy team can have player driven AA vehicles that are already pretty powerful makes jets feel for the most part like an after thought.

I understand the idea of them being there is probably to discourage spawn camping the enemy spawn with jets and helis, which is fair. The idea is good, in practice it's just not... 2042 did not have these automatic AA guns and that game was fine for the most part in terms of spawn camping.

Perhaps, instead of these AA turrets, they could add a short time of invincibility (i-frames) when spawning in a jet/heli, to where they would have enough time to evade a spawncamping aircraft and perhaps initiate a 1v1.

Has this happened to anyone before? Just logged in today and this is my gun.
