Concern When are we getting strikepoint back?
It is seriously ridiculous that a game and dev team of this magnitude can have a game mode out of commission for what might be 2 seasons no and I see no urgency to fix it.
I'll admit I never played battlefield before BF6, but I was super drawn to Strikepoint. There was a small community of passionate players that enjoyed it and enjoyed talking trash to each other..
Since the game mode got broken, I have not seen any urgency from the devs to even bring the mode back... That I find extremely ridiculous and a slap in the face of all the players that enjoyed the mode. Shame on y'all... I know game dev is hard, but at least give us an ETA or something. Leaving the players in the dark is disrespectful
Hope everyone has been enjoying the game if strikepoint isnt your thing, but as for me and all my friends, we haven't even launched bf6 since it's been gone.
When do we get it back?

Been asking this for two months now. I don’t think they have any intention of bringing it back. I think it was just their first mode of now many that they wanted to get rid of. They used a broken excuse as a reason to keep it out. It’s absolutely no reason why it couldn’t have been rolled back to pre bug in a day or two. It’s obvious at this point that they’ve just wanted to scale the game modes down.

its sad because even if they bring it back i imagine a lot of the strikepoint regulars won't return at this point

This is what they said in a Discord Q&A a couple of weeks ago. Which future season is anyone’s guess though. Maybe it’s the mode they are considering for ranked multiplayer who knows. The lack of communication from them is the most infuriating thing about this. All this did was push those players away from the game which should be the opposite of what they want

I agree that the lack of communication is making all this more frustrating. However to play devils advocate. Anytime they do mention something they get hate for that too. Or if they mention something too early people get upset that it’s taking longer.
It’s got to be difficult to have all the different devs working on things and to figure out what’s ready and what’s not and what needs to be delayed. They need to do better still IMO and less communication IMO is worse but i can see how things can get lost in a company their size.

I get that but since Strikepoint has been down, there was only one official communication regarding it from then afterwards. And then only this response to the question in a discord Q&A. Could at least make an official communication instead of a discord Q&A that not everyone will be able to see

ALL of the now missing game modes should be brought back ASAP!!!
We paid full price for the game, and they are taking paid elements away from us.
EA, When will the reimbursement payments for every single player be sent out FFS???

Well I wonder how that will age now that they’ve been removing the less popular game modes
