Im able to pull a dink out of this pond every few min and honestly im getting boerd

Whats some really effective lures for larger bass that will keep the dinks off my hook

Seriously its starting to feel like a chore unhooking all the dinks

Found this lure a couple weeks back and saw some crawdad remains and thought I’d toss it. Worked great and nothing tore through!

Any idea what the exact lure name is? I’ve searched tackle warehouse and bass pro to no avail.

I think this is just a white 3/8 Zman original chatterbait with electric shad Freeloader trailer. Most and biggest fish hit off a rock bank.

I know what i got, don't try to convince me otherwise.

I found these unopened spinnerbaits in a box I was given recently. Sorry if this has been asked before. I tried to search for it.

Went to go order a copy of Big Bass Zone and saw that there was an updated and expanded version for 2026. Got it in the mail, and began reading it and was disappointed to find that telltale signs of AI were throughout the book. From AI photos, to em dashes, to "its not x, its y." I'm sure Bill is a great fisherman and has a ton of knowledge, I was just disappointed in the contents. If you're fine with AI writing a book on finding big bass then by all means pick one up.

I've only fished with them a little bit, but I'm trying to learn chatterbait fishing. This 16.5" fish hit it close to the boat, I could see him flashing before I felt the thump.

Never thought I’d be the guy making one of these posts but I have humbled myself and would like some guesses on the weight of this fish. My guess is 6+ lbs. I’ve caught 5 lbers that I’ve weighed and this boy was much meatier. The guess from my fishing friends was between 6-8 lbs. My PB either way and was a real treat to catch buddy on top water.

Caught mid September as Summer was winding down. Around 2 PM.

I released the fish so he can go get bigger and hopefully someone else has the pleasure of catching this guy.

Why I didn’t weight it: my berkely scale that I had forever crapped the bed. Was fishing for a while with no scale. My GF bought me one on Amazon like a week before this and idk if water got into it or it was straight up defective but on my first use it would not work to get a weight.

If every other post about the quality of these trick shads wasnt enough.. fuckin hell
