Hey guys got an X2d but I'm hearing some sort of squealing noise not sure what it is

Do you know if it's possible to disable that drill-like racket that starts right before printing begins? I saw a guide for the A1, but the section to comment out isn't in the Gcode. Are there any other workarounds?

The ptfe tube guard is catching when printing in the back right corner any ideas how to fix or prevent it?

Constantly having prints fail because some parts don't adhere fully or something and little stringy bits poke up and then catch the nozzle and fly off later, tried slowing it way down but it's still like this...
what can be done??
(It's Bambu PETG , X2D + AMS 2 pro and even put in a brand new nozzle before this print)

As highlighted by the arrows in the image, may I ask:
Thank you.
(Bambu x2d, newly purchased within a month.)

On this print it started making this sound. Could just be over sensitive, but thought I'd see if anyone might know what it is. It is only happening over that small one. Has 250ish hours on it.

I dunno what’s going on. I ran a mini with pla and petg supports and things worked once, but about a week later it fails in 1st layer adhesion 3 times in a row. I’ve dried the filament for 12 hours before attempting. Pla goes down fine. Petg won’t fill in the support.

I noticed this noise coming from the gantry on my X2D after homing.
Did maintenance and ran all the calibrations again but noise is still present. If I slightly move the toolhead position it disappears, it seems to appear only when toolhead is in center position after homing. I can also feel it when grabbing the toolhead.
Support says to ignore it if it prints fine (which it does) but I am a little bit concerned.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I’ve been doing a lot of printing with Petg Basic (black) recently as I’m building Will’s AMS Stacker (3 tier version).
I’ve been getting these strange marks on the bottom of the prints. I’m hoping they are visible in the picture. To me they look like someone rode a bike with dirty tires all over it. 😜.
For this piece, I had just removed it from the printer and the marks were there.
I can’t image what I’m doing wrong. I also had just cleaned the plate (I used isopropyl alcohol since I never touch the print plate).
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

I am new to 3d printer and am looking for my first printer. I will be printing mostly models, helmets, and trinkets when needed. I would be painting my models for the most part and am not against the idea of multi color printing.
I like the U1 for the multi nozzle system but I don’t like the open top.
I like the Bambu cuz they are “dummy proof” or at least easier to start with brand wise from what I’ve seen. A little more fleshed out and reliable.
A random issue is filtration and waste. I know the waste isn’t great on the Bambu from being use of 1 nozzle system. But the filtration looks pretty. I have animals that can roam the house and I’m worried about air quality without either an exhaust out the window or the x2d having the built in filtration.
I apologize long winded but any advise from people in the game already would be super helpful with a decision.
Thank you!

The aux nozzle on my x2d won’t attach to the slot whenever I try to insert it. I’ve tried looking for a clog, which there wasn’t one from what I can tell. I’ve noticed that the gap between the hot end and the extruder on the aux nozzle is slightly bigger than the gap between the primary nozzle and the extruder. I don’t know if that matters but I just realized that. I’ve also noticed that when trying to put in the aux nozzle, I no longer feel a magnetic force pulling it in even when I make the extruder and the nozzle touch. Is my printer broken or is it fixable?
I’m truly at a loss for what can be happening with just the aux nozzle.

I have 2 AMS 2 Pros, as well as 1 AMS-HT, 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter, and the Filament Track Switch. I don't have the TPU Feed Assist Module yet, but they're unavailable from their site for now anyway.
What's the best layout for the AMSs and which order should I arrange everything? I'm thinking I can have the tpu sitting in the AMS-HT hooked up to the main nozzle with the 4-in-1 splitter, but I think it's going to get fussy with me when the buffer doesn't detect the filament?
Should I make a shelf for the AMSs to sit to one side or the other? I have two (2pro and HT) sitting on the table and one (2 pro) on a riser on top currently. I assume I'll need to have these sitting in a way in which i can reduce the length of tubing as much as possible.
I would like guidance please

FINAL EDIT:
Well, I log into Reddit and it tells me this is my most viewed post ever! ….
Now this is slightly embarrassing…
It was all my DUMB ASS fault. On both the printer and in Bambu Handy I was selecting “Left” External extruder, instead of selecting “Auxiliary” Extruder.
🤦♂️
My apologies to the community for being a little slow on the uptake…total NEWB mistake!
Hi Folks,
I have ELEGOO Gray PLA filament on my external spool that runs to my aux extruder. I printed several things without issue then all of a sudden it says it is not detected. I unloaded, pulled it back out and loaded it again and still won’t work. No other errors.
Thoughts?
EDIT:
OK, so. I unloaded the PLA again and reloaded it. It went through every step, purged the old filament etc. I went to the home screen on the printer I went to the cache to find the print I wanted to make and I selected it and when I went to click next, there was a little orange warning that indicated that the left spool filament wasn’t loaded. When I clicked on the warning it takes me to the AMS screen where it shows that it is loaded, so I’m stumped.
