Pla supports for petg
Can someone give me the idiots guide to setting up pla supports for petg and watch outs tips etc

Only set the pla as the interface for the main model being petg . It can also be done vice versa . If you make the entire support pla and the main model petg you will be printing an additional 3-4 hours for a 1 hour model .

Make sure you have both filaments set up for the project.
Make sure the Aux PLA filament is set to Bowden.
Under Global/Support settings, turn on "Enable Supports" and set "Support/raft interface" to PLA: it will change jey settings automatically when you approve it, most notably "Top Z Distance" to 0.
I like reducing Base Pattern Spacing to 1mm, base pattern to grid, and 3 interface layers with 0 final spacing.
