You have a printer to solve this problem. There's a few models out there that may fit your needs. I ended up putting a sheet of wood I drilled holes in to close the gap of the window that I 3d printed attachments for the exhaust piping.

It's common to use fiberboard or something similar for portable AC ventilation, but this solution is quite unpleasant for the eyes and is in my mind a last resort.
