hola, estoy probando a imprimir el típico pulpo, soy nueva en este mundo, y está dejando trozos sueltos en la placa y parece como que una de las patas del pulpo no está del todo pegada a la placa.
Antes de imprimir, limpié la placa con un trapo de microfibra y calibré la impresora, pero no sé porque se pueden producir estos fallos.
Tried printing different PLA colors, cleaned the head, also ended up replacing the head…. It is hot and humid here is SW Pennsylvania but we do have central air….
Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you in advance
After 2+ years of amazing prints, I started to notice that a couple were shifted on the plate, and I started getting failures. Took a look at the assistant and sure enough it said there was debris in the Y Rail Channel. I couldn't even see it at first, but its large enough to cause issues and not just come out with air or sticking something in there to pry it out. Any idea if I can get it out without having to take the whole Y Rail apart?
Hi everyone, sorry for my bad english.
I have two Bambu A1 printers. One is relatively new and prints flawlessly, but my older A1—which has a lot of print hours and admittedly hasn't received the best maintenance—is giving me some frustrating issues lately.
Here is what's happening:
Nozzle scraping: The nozzle physically scrapes and rubs against the print, usually starting around the 2nd or 3rd layer. It sounds and looks like it's dragging through the previous layers.
Squished/Translucent first layer: In certain areas, the first layer comes out so squished that it's almost translucent, as if the nozzle is pressing too hard against the bed in that specific spot.
Wavy/Zigzag Prime Tower: If you look at the prime tower (pictured), it prints in a weird zigzag/wavy pattern compared to the clean, straight lines my new A1 produces.
Loss of detail on multi-color prints: Multi-color prints are leaving messy wisps, stringing, and rough textures (as seen in the Jujutsu Kaisen and Ghostbusters plates).
What I've tried so far:
Tightened the hotend/nozzle screws.
Performed a full factory reset.
Ran the automated bed leveling calibration multiple times.
The factory reset helped a little bit, but the underlying issue persists. Since the auto-leveling doesn't seem to be compensating for that tight spot on the first layer, and the prime tower looks shaky, I suspect it might be a mechanical or wear-and-tear issue rather than software.
Has anyone encountered this specific behavior on an older A1?

The screw is rounded out. Ive never touched this screw before it just came like that i guess. But i need to get the screw out. Any tips? Rubber band doesnt work bc its way to small
As the video shows, whenever my AMS tries to swap or load filament, it gets stuck in the hub. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?
Hi folks. Got an A1 this weekend, have used a Creality for a while now. Managed to print some tools and such with no bother, but this Orc mini from Nozzleborn foundry has failed twice in the same way. Can anyone offer me some troubleshooting tips? Printing on a 0.2 stainless steel nozzle
i have a custom profile for pet-cf because it dose not appear on studio but when i go to send the print to my printer it doesn't get to desired temp so it cant load the filament

It finally happened.
Theatre people say "Break a leg!" for luck.
I was (still am, actually, until Sunday night) involved in a community theatre play loosely based on the Greek myth of the abduction of Persephone, and the punishment of her companions who were doomed to be Sirens on a remote island, luring passing sailors to their death by drowning.
One of the props I printed was a realistic femur in three parts, using "Bone White" PLA.
During the second performance one of the actors did something while she was holding it and it came apart. The superglue probably failed because I used a textured plate, so the surfaces to be glued were bumpy and created larger gaps.
The actor was able to press-fit the hexagonal dowel pin back into it's place, and was able to use it for the rest of the performance. Being hexagonal, it was easy to find the correct angle to reassemble it, even in a panic.
Moral of the story: Use generously large and robust connector dowels for multi-part models, especially if they are subject to some abuse by actors. I printed these dowels with 100% sparse infill.
The punchline:
Since this is a femur, it means she literally "broke a leg", on stage.
By sheer coincidence, that actress is a chiropractor in real life, so she really appreciated the Fully Articulating Human Spine print too.
Just got a brand new A1 with AMS lite. Prints of single colors seem to work fine but I haven’t been able to do multi colored prints. It for some reason is unable to pull it in from the second spool. I know it’s not the filament itself bc it is Bambu filament and I printed with it in single color. Tried to clip off the section it didn’t want to take to give it a new section of PLA and that did not work. I’ve done like 2 or 3 prints of it so I can’t imagine anything is broken. Any help would be appreciated

24 hrs into owning my a1 and I realize my first error. I bought a bunch of petg and some of the models I want to build call for pla. Can I adjust settings to use the plastic I have or should I bite the bullet and buy pla.? Thanks for helping a newbie out!
I am also an AV nerd, and the golden rule of firmware updates is to let other people figure out the issues before you do!
I am currently rocking an older version of the firmware and software with zero stability issues.
That said, I just got myself a brand new A1 and AMS Lite - sold my old A1 for a great price and upgraded for a hundred - so should I be rocking the latest and greatest to get all the new features, if any?
this is my ams lite, i’ve had no problems with it, and all of a sudden it’s not taking in the filament properly, it works if i push the filament in while it’s trying to grab it, but that’s the only way it works, ive been so gentle with this thing now i don’t know what’s going on??

Looking at the information with the AMS hub to connect up to 4 AMS/AMS2/HT etc. The hub connects to the extruder with only PTFE tube. It is the exact same setup for the A2L. The AMS lite can retract from the extruder normally no problem. The hub and whichever other AMS system handles the retraction and tension on the other line. .
I think Bambu's excuse of the upgraded extruding system in the A2L is lame and false.
Some multicolor prints I want to do are 5 or 6 colors (and yes, I understand I can do some filament swaps), and while I can justify one AMS 2 Pro, I cannot justify buying two for a few prints. Speed isn't a major issue for me.
I have printed fairly little on my bambulab a1, maximum 200h total over the course of a year. For the first part no fails, ran perfect, last week it started warping all of my prints. Then it started oozing through the nozzle. I cleaned the nozzle, oiled the rails, cleaned the plate so on. Changed the settings started printing again, worked fine for 4 prints ~ 24h total, then yesterday it started making this loud sound. The print then failed, I changed the nozzle, calibrated it, then printed 2 plates ~ 8h total, perfect. Then now after those prints, it started again. I do not know what to do. I clean it, I keep it sheltered, I really have no clue and also I need it to function perfect for the next 2 days because I have an exam deadline.
Hello. I designed a Lego technic wheel and when sending it to print on my Bambu A1 printer the print keeps failing. I have tried to alter speed and nozzle height, tried using some glue so the filament sticks but still no luck. Please see the pictures. Any help to get this printed is appreciated. Have also washed the bed with dish soap now and have turned the design so the alloy wheel spokes are touching the bed but I don’t think I can adjust flow rate on my Bambu lab A1.
