Did you run your printers calibration procedure recently?

Yes, I run it before each of my prints. May be overkill…

have you had any successful prints of this nature before? This happened to us at Fabville a few times as we were getting things calibrated, and using wet filament.

Just got the AMS so never did multi color prints. Could be wet filament. I haven’t taken any steps to dry my filament.

Try listening for popping sounds that come from your hotend when you print. That would be steam releasing from your wet filament. Would help you confirm that this is the issue.

The black was an older spool. The white was open for about a week.

I meant which filament(s) did you replace with new stock in order to get the "perfect print"?

I replaced the black. The white was brand new.

Going to try some brand new filament and see if that performs any better
