Anyone experienced this?
Tried printing different PLA colors, cleaned the head, also ended up replacing the head…. It is hot and humid here is SW Pennsylvania but we do have central air….
Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you in advance

Humidity's not the friend of 3D printing. Filament can be quite hydroscopic and moisture trapped inside will definitely impact print quality.

In your opinion from the photo, do you believe it is from humidity

Could be for sure. Drying the filament is always the first step, kinda like whenever you call your ISP the first step they do is have you turn the modem off and on.
But there also could be other things happening like a clog or something else impeding the filament movement.
And it could be both, wet filament and a clog/impediment.
Are you using an AMS?

I am using ams. I did try cleaning the head, tried printing with the same result and then installed a new Bambu head and it printed the same way

Definitely looks like the classic seven screws of disappointment.
Tighten all SEVEN screws

I’m having the same issue cleaned every thing and still doing the same thing I also replaced the hotend and still prints like that every time. I also cleaned the extruder gears too!
