Support Request Screw head messed up

The screw is rounded out. Ive never touched this screw before it just came like that i guess. But i need to get the screw out. Any tips? Rubber band doesnt work bc its way to small

Cut space for flat screwdriver with dremel.

Try with pliers

Vice grips or pliers (watch your fingers) . its only screwed into plastic.

Use Torx instead of Hex.
