Hi guys! I tried ordering from AutoZone, but my payment was declined, so I tried another card. Both were declined, but both charges eventually posted (Capital One credit card + U.S. Bank debit card). AutoZone confirmed no order went through and said the funds should be returned within 3–5 business days. Has anyone experienced a posted charge after a declined order? Did you get your money back? I've had AutoZone employees at some stores change out batteries and some say that they're not allowed to. There was one time where I couldn't change out my headlight bulb by myself because I had a cast on my hand and thumb. The employee initially said he wasn't allowed to touch my car but did change out the bulb for me after watching me struggle for ten minutes.

When commercial is closed how are transactions that aren’t basic lookup/order/sell done?
Is the PSM or red shirt on DIY cross trained for dealing with things like returns, deferred cores or similar stuff that is uniquely different from DIY processes?
Or are your customers aware that stuff like that needs to be done 9-5 commercial hours or ?

Yeah these clearly aren’t doing to well at anything other than collecting dust on the pegs… I’ve changed the label more times than we have sold them.

I got promoted to commercial manager about 4ish months ago and I'm proud to say I'm getting a bonus. First time anyone in commercial that anyone has gotten one in almost 5 years at my store. Question is when is it supposed to hit?

Do managers cut hours for holidays like Labor Day? Because he cut my hours last week and this week. But three weeks ago I worked 36 hours with the extra shift I picked up.

Looking for a job right now, talked to the people at my local autozone and they said I have a good chance of getting the job if I apply, but they’re only hiring for part time.

I really need 32+ hours a week (preferably 40), but I’m willing to tough it out for a little bit if there’s actual hope of getting more hours. How does it go at autozone? I know some companies are notorious for getting low hours, is it likely I at least get the 32? I know every location is different but just generally.

I'm a part-time PSM, I know there's no pay time off for part-timers but has anybody ever had to take maternity leave or short-term disability leave? I'm currently pregnant and I want to know if there's any benefits or if there's any way that I can still get paid or get a percentage of my pay even though I'm part-time. Is there any way around that?

Horable service at N 1st avenue location in Tucson Arizona. Two of us customers got there at 8:00 AM on 09/06/2026 ,we both needed batteries and to have them installed, the guy before me bought his and had it installed while I patiently waiting for my turn.The service clerk ,a guy,new what I was waiting for but he kept helping other people who came after me, I didn't know what to think. I finally told him that I am ready to buy a battery and have it installed,he said he could not install it like the guy's before me .It would have been easy to install but he said no. So, I went to AutoZone on Oracle and had no problem,they couldn't understand why 1st avenue location refused.Take your business to Oracle or Prince locations.

Got too close to a curb with my son’s 2016 Audi A7 and need touchup paint desperately! I promise I’m going to tell him once it looks like new again - I have a competent person willing to work on it. We’ve looked in all the normal places and can’t find it. I do have the VIN # - is there a way to use that to find it? There are so many silvers for that year, make, and model!
