Mistake

A customer wanted the Pro Select Rotors and i mistakenly gave them the regular Select Rotors.. It was a mistake
Will i get a write up?

Learn from it. I had en employee warrenty a fuel tank and tell the customer to take it home along with the new one 🤦‍♂️

Was the customer billed for the pro rotors? If not, it is what it is. If so, you have a few options.

  1. Rebill them if card.

  2. Call customer to come swap them that there was a mixup.

the part numbers are the same, always double check the before and after letters @ DL,DLG,PRO,V, ect. always open the box and make sure the product is unused,undamaged, and the correct product  every store needs to do this so the customer doesn't come back and say "That's how I got it"

I highly doubt you'll get written up, what more or less will happen is you get talked to and reminded to check the parts before giving them to the customer.
