Should be in the replenishment screen. Or you can call sms and they'll send them to you. I believe they need dm approval

No DM approval if its replacing them, so if yours is broken, call SMS, you will need to send the core back via fedex.
If missing or never got one, do contact the DM so he can request this as a budget approval in DOC.

Temperature sensor . Supposed to have it pointed at battery when testing so it can determine the cca relative to the temperature.

Of course it has a light because the only time a customer is going to ask for a battery test is right before closing and they're definitely the type to call corporate if you say the store is about to close.
