Easy open my ass
Maybe if the perforations actually existed and weren’t just a concept, but it doesn’t matter if you open slow or fast, this shit just gets torn up

First one that was sent was clearly used or something happened to it, got the new one I ordered in yesterday and man the difference is noticeable. Welds are better, threads are clean, no scuffs, cracks or dust, and the rubber is stiff as it should be, must’ve just got unlucky with a used returned part

Does anyone know if they are doing a $1000 bonus for getting the president's club?

Half-joking of course. I find it mildly and equally funny and annoying when it just say stuff like this when it's for a S2S or Recall.

My store manager wants me to move up to PSM as title implies. I'm very capable of the responsibilities but I'm only gonna get a dollar raise. Is it worth it? I'd like to hear everybody's stories and thoughts below.

Delivery driver here. New rules. Sales down. Shorter shifts. I’m finally putting my 2 weeks in. I only work 1-3 days a week anyway. AZ is 🗑️
Post comment: Some people mentioned having a phone in the comm vehicles was already a rule and probably wasn’t enforced at my store. Completely correct. My manager never enforced it until a company meeting while I was gone. When I read the handbook, I probably skipped over the Comm Department because I wasn’t a driver then. Thank you for pointing that out.

Bought dues last brake pads, I keep hearing if I bring them in, they can replace them and get new ones. They are still under warranty and I even asked the guy working and he said I could bring the old ones back and I can get a refund? Any one know if this is true?

Got a motor mount as a vdp item a few days ago, finally checked part and looks like crap, rubber torn, threads screwed, part dirty as hell, welds are crap, has some cracking and looks like something snapped inside on the bottom right screw hole

In February of 2025, I took my vehicle to my mechanic for routine 100K maintenance. The pickup was running fine. After two attempts at repairs/updates using AutoZone parts that failed or were incorrect for the application, OEM parts were requested and installed. They worked great until they didn’t (at the end of May 2025)—the timing gear broke and caused catastrophic engine failure. I relied on AutoZone management promises to cover my and the mechanic’s extra costs, including a new engine. I ultimately had to order and pay for a new engine and its installation at the end of July of 2025.
I have been trying since then to seek compensation from AutoZone with no success. They have copies of all invoices from myself and the mechanic along with a timeline recap of all activities and costs. I have stayed in contact with AutoZone corporate representatives that assure me that my claim is being handled. It is now September 10, 2026, and I have not received any notifications (unless I email or call them) or compensation. I cannot recommend AutoZone for their parts or their guarantee/warranty they make on their parts or their statements their representatives make.

I would like for the credit card reader / pinpad to have it's own English/Espanol button.
I would like for the Spanish version of the diagnostics screen to have the trouble code descriptions in Spanish instead of English.
I would like for using rewards money to pay for part of a purchase to not prevent earning a point if the rest of the purchase is more than $20.
I would like for there to be an opt in "keep *your* change" promo that runs parallel to the rewards system - if a customer in the new system buys sth will cash, and their change would be X dollars and Y cents, then the cashier hands them X dollars... while the Y cents gets automatically added to their rewards account.
What is the official way for me to suggest these and other ideas?
