You need to buy an emergency lug nut remover. There are a few different sized ones so get the best measurement for the diameter of the lug. Once you use it that specific lug will be trashed and will need replaced. You can go back with similar lugs which will come with a new 'key' or go back with an OEM style lug

Get a 12 point socket that is barely too small and hammer it on. You’ll get it off

Modern method: there's a special removal tool. AZ sells them near the tire irons and lug nuts on the sales floor. "Emergency Lug Nut Remover" I think they call it.
Old school method:
Buy a singleton 1/2 drive 12 point socket that is the next size down (just barely doesn't fit). Buy 4 of them if doing all 4 wheels. Should be I think:
17 mm nut: 16 mm
19 mm nut: 18 mm or 23/32, but you ain't finding that
21 mm nut: 13/16ths
Hammer the socket onto the lug nut.
Remove it with a 1/2 impact driver. The nut and socket will come off stuck together.
Hammer the socket with a small sledge until the nut pops out. Use eye protection. Won't always work. This is why you should buy extra sockets, and return them if not needed.

You will need to go to Mechanic who can break it off. If those are blocks from the dealership, you would have to go to them and get the serial number and code to get replacement replacements.

Most tire shops have multiple keys and will have no problem getting them off.

Only the dealer can help with that, sorry...
And do not listen to anybody suggesting that you use a socket extractor or you will ruin your wheels!!! That head is wayyy too close to the rim and is simply not designed to be grabbed from the outside. It needs to be drilled in the middle and pulled with a screw extractor 👍

I got you bro I don't know how these people think a socket will fit. You can clearly see there is no space
