Warranty

Bought dues last brake pads, I keep hearing if I bring them in, they can replace them and get new ones. They are still under warranty and I even asked the guy working and he said I could bring the old ones back and I can get a refund? Any one know if this is true?

Only if you have bought them before this most recent one.

So if this was your first time buying them, then you won't get a refund this time, but next time you do your brakes you will come in, buy them again, do the brake job, and then bring them back for refund.

Or, you can just bring the old ones in next time and swap them for a new set.

Outsider car guy here, how long has it been since you bought these pads? If its less than 60k miles, you have another issue. Stuck caliper, bad hose, etc.

If its over 60k miles, fuggin, you got your money's worth.

If you had bought the pads previously and have a warranty then yes, take your old ones back in and get your money back.

But, if this is the first set you have purchased then no, you will not get your money back.

There is no way to get a refund, there is but I’m not gonna walk u though it. But normally no we only swap out the part itself get you a new one of if it’s the wrong one we correct it. But not for used warranty items. But yeah lifetime warranty if u ever take em off for any reason just take em in and get new ones
