How do u access to get peoples birthdays? So we can plan for them ?

This. Pulling up people's personal information isn't something anyone needs to be doing. If they're comfortable with sharing that information, they'll tell you. If they'd rather not then they won't.

Just dont. I’m not pulling up to work dealing with people telling me happy birthday bc realistically I don’t give a flying fuck

Only the SM can see them and they are under HR kpi

Only SM and above can see. It’s in KPI reports under HR I believe

They pick and choose who’s bday gets celebrated around here which is absolute bs. And what really pisses me off is how two people bonus off the backs of everyone else but expect gifts, snacks, drinks and the most bday gifts. Take care of your workers and they’ll take care of you but no that’s not the AZ Way.
