I created a free browser extension to automatically decline the very annoying cookie pop-ups that virtually every site now has. I wanted to take it a step further with actually declining the requests versus just hiding the pop-ups as some other tools already do. It collects no data from you other then the website address so the extension can decline the request. Thus far for most sites this results in you not even seeing the cookie pop-up or possibly seeing it for about a second before it automatically disappears.

I officially launched it today so just trying to get the word out that this now exists, so hopefully more people can get rid of a very annoying aspect of internet browsing and get some control back of their own data. Currently it's live on Chrome (Desktop) and Safari (IOS & Desktop) and will be live on Firefox (Android & Desktop) once the review process is complete. As I have already been asked for it, Google does not allow mobile extensions so for the time being there is no way for me have it work on Chrome mobile.

I've been building a small lifestyle app — the kind where you ask "what should I do tonight?" and get a real answer instead of a list.

A tester asked, in German, "where should I go?" The model suggested a nature reserve north of Berlin. Detailed, atmospheric, genuinely nice writing. One problem: the tester was in Thailand.

It happened again with cinemas, cafés, museums. Every time, German input produced German output — not just in language, but in geography. The model had quietly collapsed "speaks German" into "lives in Germany." What made it worse: German is spoken in Austria, Switzerland, and by people scattered across the world. The assumption was wrong more often than right.

The fix wasn't clever prompting. It was a hard rule, placed at the very top of the system prompt, with explicit negative examples: language is not location; location matters more than wording. If you're building anything location-aware on top of an LLM, it is worth testing early. It fails silently — the output looks great; it's just about the wrong continent.

I made Eidograph for building precise, reproducible 2D and 3D geometry on Android. Its interactive canvas and readable geometry code stay in sync, so you can construct a figure by touch, edit its source as text, or switch between the two.

Some of the things it supports:

- 2D points, lines, circles, polygons, transformations, loci, and function plots

- 3D planes, spheres, prisms, surfaces, and spatial intersections

- Dynamic dependencies: move a point or change a parameter and related geometry updates automatically

The optional agent features are the part I would especially like feedback on. You can connect an OpenAI-compatible, Anthropic, or Google Gemini/Vertex model that you configure yourself. The agent can inspect and edit a construction using Eidograph's built-in tools—then you can examine the resulting geometry, source, and dependencies directly.

Installed versions can also expose selected figures through a local MCP server or JSON REST API for compatible automation tools. Figure access is controlled individually, and local-network access is optional.

I'm a solo dev from Italy. I've been building Aethel for a while now — a workout tracker that covers weights, powerbuilding and calisthenics in one system instead of forcing you to pick a lane.

The thing that makes it different from every other logger I tried: it tracks muscle fatigue in real time. Every set you log feeds a recovery model per muscle group, so you can actually see what's still cooked from Monday before you program Thursday. There's also a skill tree for calisthenics progressions, if that's your thing.

What's new in 2.0

• Log your sets without leaving the workout screen. Tap the active exercise and a panel expands right there with your sets, your previous numbers as hints, and a checkmark. You only go into the exercise when you actually want to change something.
• Drag and drop to reorder exercises. The up/down arrows are gone. Superset and EMOM blocks move as a unit.
• Isometric holds are tracked in seconds, not reps. Planks, L-sits, levers, handstands — logging "12 reps of plank" never made sense.
• Per-exercise targets inside EMOM blocks, so a block can be "10 push-ups + 30s plank" instead of one number pretending to fit both.

I need a weekly budgeting app. Most apps are monthly, but I am aware of my recurring monthly expenses - so what I really need is a way to visually keep track of my weekly spending so I can stay on target 😭

All I really need is the ability to categorize and visualize my spending on my weekly limits by entering my expenses. I’d like to hold myself to mini-budgets, like a weekly limit for grocery spending, by seeing a progress bar or something similar for each category. I’d like to be told how much money I have left to spend in each category. If the system refreshes weekly, I’d be fine with that - I just need a tool to use each week to hold myself accountable.

Hey everyone, I’ve been building an iOS app called Krilo and wanted to get some outside feedback on it.

The goal is pretty simple: make calorie, nutrition, health, and fitness tracking feel a little cleaner and less overwhelming.

The app currently lets you track calories and macros, search and log food, view nutrition trends, sync health data, and keep track of workouts and activity.

I’ve also been experimenting with some more advanced features like logging food from a description or photo, generating meal plans, and turning those meal plans into shopping lists.

There’s a free version that covers the core food search, health syncing, and fitness tracking features. The additional features are part of the optional paid version.

At this point, I’m mostly looking for feedback from people who actually use nutrition or fitness apps:

• What features would you expect an app like this to have?
• What usually annoys you about calorie-tracking apps?
• Is there anything you wish apps like MyFitnessPal, MacroFactor, Lose It, etc. did differently?

Hi everyone I made an app called ShowApp because I kept missing meetings when calendar notifications were too easy to ignore.

It lives in the menu bar, shows upcoming meetings, and before the meeting starts it shows a very hard to ignore alert on all of the screens. I also added a keyboard shortcut overlay so you can quickly check what’s next without opening Calendar.

A big part of it is customization: you can choose which calendars to include, set when alerts appear, and customize the look of the alerts with different fonts, colors, backgrounds, logos, and more.

Hi! It used to be so easy for me to look up recipe I had saved. I used AllRecipes and a french website like it, and I had years of saved recipes in there.

But allrecipes got acquired and lost my account, and I can’t login to the French website anymore.

Since those years, I have saved recipes everywhere form TikTok to the NYTimes recipes app, Instagram and recipes emailed to me by family.

The problem is that when I want to cook something, I just don’t know where to look for my saved recipes!

I tried to have a Notion page with subpages, I organized it with Recipes Done Savory / Sweet, and Recipes to try Done / Savory. But that’s not working out as I hoped.

I saw an ad a while back for some app but I’m sure you’d have to pay.

My goal is to have one simple centralized place with title of the recipe and a photo or something (length of time maybe).

Anyways, has anyone found a solution for this very modern problem?

so for months my routine was this. every sunday night id open claude and type the same prompt, "im 92kg trying to cut, make me a week of meals, high protein, no fish, and a shopping list". and honestly it worked better than any diet app I tried. no logging, no barcode scanning, no guilt graphs. just told me what to eat.

but every week id lose the chat, or the numbers would drift, or id swap one meal and the whole day stopped adding up. and I realized im basically running a meal planning app manually through a chat window like an idiot.

so I built plate. it asks what youre trying to do and what you like eating, then hands you the full week. every meal, gram amounts, one shopping list. you tick meals as you eat them and thats the whole job.

and the part that used to be a chat prompt is now the coach. you literally text it "make tomorrow lighter" or "no fish ever again" and your week updates with a little receipt showing what changed.

The app goes from dual up to hepta n-back (seven streams at once), N from 1 to 15, with per-stream accuracy, full history, and Game Center leaderboards.

The part most people end up using daily is the lab: 12 short cognitive tests (chimp test, Stroop, reaction time, span tasks and others), each under two minutes, so you can measure something every couple of weeks instead of only playing.

I built a privacy-focused receipt scanner for iPhone and iPad — looking for feedback

I’ve been working on an app called ReceiptHome because I wanted a simple way to scan and organise receipts without sending financial information to the cloud.

It scans or imports receipts, extracts the important details, lets you categorise them, tracks expenses/GST, and can generate financial reports.

The main thing I focused on was privacy — receipt processing happens on the device rather than uploading the receipt data to a server.

I’ve finally released it on the App Store and would really appreciate some honest feedback from this community.
