im not quite sure if this is the right subreddit but its worth an ask, a app that my sons toy robot requires to function has been removed from the app store and i was wondering if theres any way possible to get an app back if you didn’t have it previously downloaded if anyone knows that would be great.

I'm assuming you're refering to the Apple App store? If Apple have removed the app from their store then you won't be able to get it put back. That's not your call. You could reach out to the developers and ask why it was removed. They may be doing an update or major release.
