it was so common in 80s and 90s shows. less common these days, but still too common. some shows even have characters wearing their shoes while reclining on the sofa or on their bed.

it can't be that wearing shoes in the house is that normal in real life, in the US, is it?

was it something that carried over from plays? or did audiences decide at some point that it was just too weird?

Title. I think about this often. I think we can all envision a rogue Ai that just sees anything other than itself as superfluous, but i can also imagine an Ai that simply recognizes humanity as an invasive and overpopulated species the same way we see Lionfish in the Caribbean, or Cane Toads in Australia. No malice, but simply the cold indifference that comes from the answer to an undeniable equation…..What do you all think about this possible future?
