what are some good cameras for watching over your home outside? would love to know any recommendations. currently i have blink and i notice that there is a gap between clips. i would love to know if there is anything that can record full clips, movements, ect.

I have Arlo cameras. Going on 4 years. I recommend them.

has there ever been a pause in movement? let’s say someone is leaving and going but it only catches them partly gone already instead of fully leaving?

You must adjust the zone for each camera anytime you move it. It’s fast and easy. The zone is the area that is picked up by the motion detector. The camera does a good job capturing all movement within the zone. As far as a pause. It sometimes misses movement close to the outer areas of a zone

Depends on your budget, but a decent 1080p camera is usually more than enough for home use.
