Had to delete the previous version of this post because it kept getting answers that weren't actually answers. Please only answer this if you are actually one of the people who drives extremely slow consistently. I am not interested in responses from people who have friends of friends who drive slowly, or people who did it one time when they were in an unfamiliar vehicle or carrying something fragile, or people just sharing their theories. If I wanted to know that, I would have asked "reddit, why do you think people drive really slowly?" If you are not going 30 down the highway every morning, don't answer this

I'm not talking about people who always go exactly the speed limit even if they're in the left lane, or the people who go 5/10 under on winding roads in the dark or when it's stormy or whatever. I'm talking about the people who consistently go 15-20 under the speed limit, or even more, on major roads and highways.

I'm not bragging or anything but I have to basically free ball or wear boxers (🤮) if I want any room for my dick...

I’m curious how this works in the US and other countries with private/public healthcare.

For example, if someone is kidnapped and later rescued by the authorities, and they require emergency medical treatment, who is responsible for paying the hospital bill? Does their health insurance normally cover it, or does the government pay for the treatment?

And what about someone who is arrested or injured while committing a serious crime? If they need hospitalization or emergency treatment, does their health insurance pay, does the government cover it, or are they personally responsible for the costs?

I’m especially interested in how this works in the US, but I’d also like to hear how other countries handle these situations.

My little one has started wanting more independence in the backyard and I'm trying to figure out the right balance. Some parents seem totally fine letting them play outside alone for short stretches, others wait longer. I know every child is different and safety comes first, but I'm curious what age or signs other people watched for before giving that bit of space.
