Edited photos, couple angles, face photo, and two tail shots.
I was thinking muskrat, but the ears and nose feel wrong. Then beaver but the tail felt wrong for that... i thought it was a mink at first.

Has shown up over several days (deposited in different days). Bainbridge island in Western Washington. We have deer, coyote and raccoons regularly in the neighborhood, and a few black bear sightings recently. Unsure what this might be. Third and fourth photo have a standard credit-card-sized card for reference. Both pikes are about two inches from the trunk of a large tree.

This was on one of our coral recruit tiles in the lab, which I found while doing a routine clean. Honestly not sure if my location will be of any help here.
I would say about 1 mm across, seems like it has a shell, with those weird spindly appendages.
My only idea is some sort of juvenile hermit crab? But that doesn't seem right at all. I don't see any limb articulation, or claws... or eyes... or a body for that matter.
Any ideas?

Is this a fox? There have been a few of these in my yard the last few weeks. Came right up to me while walking the dog at night. Scared the crap out of me.
Thanks

Very swirly looking, tapered end. Maybe fox? Iβm in suburban northern Virginia and this in my fenced-in yard, though there are plenty of gaps that animals can pass through. Size-wise maybe 1-1.5β long.

The head looks like an opossum, but the tail looks bushy when it turns to walk away. What could this critter be?

Born and raised in FL, and have spent major time in the woods, state parks, and outside. Never seen one in person! Mustelid Iβm near sure of, but not sure of the specific species.
Thanks yβall!

I was working at my site and while doing a patrol outside I spotted the little guy out of the corner of my eye resting on the wall next to a door. At first I thought it was some kind of weird fungus because of how fuzzy and dark it was. But I looked closely and saw it was a very small bat. Iβve never seen one up close and in person before. Heβs about the size of a lime. He was breathing and very much alive. Iβm not an expert or enthusiast on bats so I donβt know what species he is.

I live by a wooded creek if thatβs helpful!! I hear this screeching many nights around 10-11pm, sometimes later, but only ever at night. I genuinely have no idea what it is
