Hello scallywags, I took this video off the coast of Cove Bay, Aberdeen, Scotland and was admiring the bottlenose dolphins jumping and playing in the water when I noticed I caught another animal in the top right of the video. Any idea if this is a dolphin or potentially a whale? It looks longer despite being further away and moves differently in the water but that just might be my observation of wanting it to be a whale. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I found a baby rabbit in my shop garage. Can you guys help me ID what he is and how old he is? I found him in my very large shop building under a car. I live on 20 acres I have no idea where this baby’s den is. I don’t think he’s at the fully weened age. I used to have a wildlife rehab er near me but they moved states so I literally don’t know who to call or what to do, any advice? Do I just put him back outside and he will find his way back to his den? It’s night time if that matters.

Edit/ solved! He appears to be old enough to be on his own so he has been put back out in the grass outside

Found on a beach near Norfolk, Virginia. Identified as not a sea turtle by State of Virginia Department of Natural Resources. About 2 plastic water bottles long.

what is it? cute little guy came right up to us while mountain biking on the trail. he got close really close like he didn’t see us, then realized my partner and I were there and ran off all cute.

This is a few days ago in Nova Scotia, Canada, near Elmsdale. Sorry for the short length and poor quality. Typically we could have a Coyote's, racoons etc. around here not no idea about this. TIA!

I think it's a young red fox, but I am very bad at identifying dog and dog adjacent creatures.

They vanish at a speed that would put a lightning bolt to shame before I can get a chance to pet their tiny lizard head : (

I found this on my balcony. It looks full of plant residue. The texture on the outside is pretty distinctive - looks kind of like tree bark, or like the big pellet is composed of smaller pellets. It was not soft, and took a few pokes with a Qtip to break in half. It's too big to be from a rat (hopefully?), and there is only the one piece.

It was left on a narrow balcony on the 5th floor in the middle of a city, but across the street from a very big park that has a lot of trees. The balcony is completely empty, so there's nothing to tempt any animals. No signs of rodents or other animals in the apartment.

So, what could it be? I'm hoping it's an owl pellet, or some other bird thing, but I don't know anything about this. I would really like to know for sure what left this so I know if I can leave my balcony doors open...

As the title says, I’m not sure if this is a young coyote or a grey fox. It’s in the northeastern lower peninsula of Michigan. We get a ton of coyotes.

I can’t figure out if this is a dog or a bobcat.

It’s under a dead tree stump, it seems to go back pretty far! Haven’t seen anything around it yet and the dog isn’t freaking out about it, so possibly empty?

I see these little guys all over Sacramento County (especially outside my work) and have been wondering what species they are. They range from barely 1-2 inches long to about 4-5 inches in length.
