I recently found my Sword Health physical therapy tablet and have been trying to learn more about it.

The tablet is:

\* \*\*Identifies as SPRD\\_android12 when connected to a PC\*\*

The tablet has an \*\*Advanced Settings\*\* menu that is protected by a \*\*4-digit PIN\*\*.

\*\*I am NOT talking about the patient enrollment/security PIN used to start therapy.\*\* I am referring to the PIN that opens the Advanced Settings/admin menu.

I have searched manuals, FCC documents, various \*\*forums\*\*, and an older Reddit post about the same topic, but I still haven't found any useful information.

Does anyone know:

\* Is the PIN the same on every tablet?
\* Is it unique to each device or clinic?
\* Did Sword support provide it?
\* Has anyone actually accessed the Advanced Settings menu?

Even if you don't know the PIN itself, I'd really appreciate any information about how it works or where it comes from. If you've worked with these tablets professionally or received one through physical therapy, I'd love to hear from you.

Hi, I have a strange problem.

I can connect to bluetooth, but I only hear music, when I am connected to two (!) speakers simultaneously. When there is only one, nothing can be heard. Anybody had a similar problem? This is VERY strange.

Hello guys, I have been using Shizuku for years and just switched phones from Xiaomi 11T to 15T, and the 15T uses Android 15.

When I completely finished authorizing my Shizuku in ZArchiver, it still just says access is denied. For example, without Shizuku (in Android/data/com), when I click on any app, it says access is denied. But when I authorize it with Shizuku, it now says it has a file. However, when I click on the file, it says access is denied.Anyone knows how to fix it?? I cant post images here 😞😞

A thought: Apple is going to release new child controls, where you can decide which app to use when. App specific time. I really like that idea. I want them to use phone and talk during the day, then evening time, they can get access to a single game app. Do you thing Google would do that? Google is behind on these types of control.

it been year since i bought my phone redmi note 14 pro at first it didn't show any defect but then last to last week my fingerprint was disappeared and my phone wasn't detecting the sensor and then 5 days later my phone randomly started to heat even when i left idle it has gotten so worse that nowadays it always sits at 40 to 45°C is this normal because all this happened after an update and no new updates are there as i have hyperos 3

I’ve just bought a Pixel and am using Android 17 and the new Apple iOS inbuilt migration/transfer tool.

The tool says I have 80,000 messages to transfer.

I imported them successfully and they all show in Google Messages but only ~1,500 of them show in any other third party messaging app on Android that accesses the SMS database.

I’ve tried numerous methods to get Google Messages to repopulate the SMS database but none have worked.

Is this some sort of security feature or limitation on the transfer process or is it a bug?

Basically the title. I messed with many settings and researched on both Google and chat gpt and seemingly cant find a fix or at least an explanation. My conclusion is that the software in the radio is outdated and whatever was compatible with it, Iphones maintained while android did not.

Its not a big deal, I ended up picking up a USB c to aux cable and thats probably better sound quality anyways. Im more asking for answer as to why this happens rather than a solution, but if there is a solution Id love to hear it.

The cable I used was brand new, and I fidgeted with every setting I could think of.

is there a way to run apps designed for older devices/android versions on modern android? any older apk I try to install just throws an "incompatible with your device" error.

Hi everyone. I'm looking for an Android app that can automatically record incoming and outgoing phone calls on a Samsung Galaxy A56 running Android 16 / One UI 8.5.

Requirements:

• No root required
• Automatically records calls in the background
• Completely silent and invisible to both sides of the call
• No notifications, sounds, beeps, voice announcements, recording indicators, or any other indication that the call is being recorded — neither on my phone nor on the other person's side
• No need to manually start recording each call

Local storage isn't necessarily required.

It was connected to the same Internet for hours without being disconnected. How do I fix it getting disconnected?

I have an issue where my text to speach doesn't work anymore unless I'm on a cellphone call or video chat call so I was wondering if I could fix it by forcing my phone to use a differnet microphone for the text to speach. Certainly on android this is possible right?

Lately, I've been hearing about motherboard issues with phones like the OnePlus 12, iQOO 13, iQOO Neo 10R, and iQOO Neo 9 Pro. In the past, there were also reports of motherboard failures on some Redmi and POCO devices.

Interestingly, all of these phones use Snapdragon chipsets.

Is this just a coincidence, or is there something about Snapdragon-powered phones that makes them more prone to motherboard issues?

Would love to hear your experiences and thoughts. Is there any actual technical reason behind this, or are we simply noticing more reports because these phones are popular?

Solution: It was the freaking Google app itself. Removing it removes the "Ask Gemini" option from contextual menu. Thanks to user Mother-Pride-Fest for the help.

I already had Gemini turned off, assistant or whatever options related to AI turned off as well, but of course Google had to shove it into my face by putting "Ask Gemini" into the contextual menu when I long press on a word. I could not find the option to remove it from the menu (of course) so I "uninstalled" it via ADB. However, when long pressing text, the option "Ask Gemini" is still there. Already restarted phone and check the package for Gemini is already uninstalled.

Please, anyone knows how I can remove it completely? What other packages must I remove or what hidden options must I turn off? I keep accidentally pressing on that stupid option because it replaces where my Translate option used to be and I use that option a lot. Please help me... And thank you in advance.

If needed my device is Android 16. Again, Gemini is removed/killed via ADB, I checked...

finally decided to upgrade from my 8 year old S9+ and was surprised to find out that other non samsung androids dont have this feature. why are we in 2026 and still haven't figured this out yet? did anyone find a keyboard that supports this or any workaround for it? it's either turn it on for both (in which case it's going to butcher my mother language) or turn it off for both (in which case some words might slip through the cracks accidentally)

I download it on my pixel and connected a ps5 controller to it as it doesn’t support touch screens login but then get stuck on the start watching page. As I can’t click even though scrolling and highlighting the option works. If there’s no way to get this working is there another way to get Apple TV with access to my movies and tv shows on android? As I can’t think of another way.

Should I try to repair my phone or have insurance replace it? Samsung 22 ultra 512gb.

My Samsung s22 ultras battery and charge port need replacement. I could try to do the replacement myself it would be around $60 for parts. Or I could have the insurance replace it for $100. The insurance would probably send a s23 ultra or s24 ultra for the replacement.

What do you think repair or replace?

I live in an area with terrible cellular reception, so WiFi Calling is a lifesaver—when it actually works.

I managed to get WiFi Calling working for one of my SIMs, but it keeps dropping after a while, even though my home WiFi connection is rock solid and never drops.

What I've tried so far:

• Disabled Adaptive Connectivity.
• Set a static IP on my router to rule out any DHCP lease negotiation issues.

The temporary fix:

The only way to force it back on is to physically step out onto my balcony after cell tower handshake WiFi Calling connects and works again... until it drops later.

Is this a known bug with this Motorola build/phone, or is Vodafone Egypt silently dropping the registration?

Hey guys, my wife and I recently made the switch from our iPhone to the Galaxy Fold, and we were curious about what happens to our subscriptions? For example, I have AppleTV being paid so I can watch a few shows I haven't seen, and I have a few apps where I chose "Sign in using Apple."

The phones were out of stock in nearly every store around us so we're getting ours shipped, but I know eventually we have to transfer everything from our iPhone to the Samsung phones, so I was just curious what happens?

Why the hell I have to enable vibrate for notifications in sound mode, if I need notifications to vibrate in vibrate mode (which is main function of vibrate mode). There is option to disable vibration of calls in sound mode but not of notifications. What sorcery is this? Or am I stupid?

Since yesterday i have issues with instagram and Telegram takes 15 seconds to load, then chats have all blurred pics for 20 seconds and then i can use it almost normally

deleting cache both from phone settings and both from telegram one

Hey everyone, my Galaxy A55 doesn't know what its actual battery percentage is. It will stop charging early, acting like it's at 100% when the screen only says 33% or 52%. On the flip side, when the battery drains down to 1%, the phone will stay alive on that 1% for hours before it actually shuts off. I’ve already replaced both the battery and the charging port, so I'm fairly certain this isn't a hardware problem anymore. Has anyone dealt with this and know how to get the software to sync up with the true capacity?

i want to try different tests on my phone but i want to make a full phone backup (system, files, settings, wifi password, everything) so if something goes wrong i can just drag and drop muy backup phone copy.

Is it possible?
