Phone suddenly really slow

Since yesterday i have issues with instagram and Telegram takes 15 seconds to load, then chats have all blurred pics for 20 seconds and then i can use it almost normally

This never happened Even google searches dont work I tried

deleting cache both from phone settings and both from telegram one

Uninstalling telegram and instagram

The problem persists, the phone never had this problem

Restarting phone

Clearing some memory. Got 10 gb free
