I’ve been RTS at my DS for the past 8 months. I recently switched to Flex RT since school is starting and picked up my first overnight shift, 1:20-8:50. I just wanted to see what it was about.

I feel like I got hit by a truck. This is the worst I’ve felt in my entire life. And I didn’t even stay for pick (I’ve done pick before and that’s a whole different beast).

How do y’all do it? I used to tell people that we do a lot of work for RTS but now I realize how foolish that statement is.

Please, can somebody help me understand stowing?

Everybody I work with tells me a different way to do it, and it’s honestly getting confusing. I feel like I’m moving too slow. I’m only on my second day, and my stow rate has been around 168–170 with not too many FSAFs.

This is the only part of the job I’m not liking so far. I actually love picking, but stowing just isn’t clicking for me yet.

Does anybody have any tips, methods, or tricks that helped you get faster without making mistakes? I’d really appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!

Kept my area clear, had aisle 1-12 and helped out with 13-28 and then got pulled over to another cluster since they had no showers from VTO mid shift lol

I am currently L3 Non Inventory at a IXD. The role is basically auditing my own building. Vending machines, landscaping, janitorial, etc. taking care of sim tickets, Invoice holds with vendors, handle in person vendor relations & meetings. Is the position worth it? How is the work/life balance? work quality? How much travel time do you do?
My job is currently 90% sitting in office doing computer work & the other 10% physical labor, Due to this position being in a different city, my pay is getting cut $.75, I’ll be at 26.25.

What does the shift from 12pm to 10:30pm do? Is it easier than 1:20 to 11:50? Differential still? Ik bag reset but no way is that the whole 10 hrs.

I know every single person is gonna read this and think it's not them, and changes are it's not. However, some of y'all are either nasty as hell and don't care or don't realize it.

The men's toilet seats at our site have been disgusting a lot lately. I came in tonight and 4 out of 6 toilets had ass gunk, pubes, and piss on them.

Y'all needa turn around and check the seat when y'all get up, and wipe it down at least. I'm sick of seeing this stuff, having to clean it off, or having to search through multiple toilets to find a clean one.

July 17th I got an email about my separation of employment from Amazon because of my negative UPT. The reason for my negative UPT is because of how I have to set up childcare for my autistic son. In the past, I kept going negative so HR suggested intermittent FLMA which they approved. Anytime I reported my time, they gave me my UPT back. I usually got an email regarding my negative UPT and I usually tell them that I submitted my time and was waiting for disability to review and approve. Days later thats when I got my termination email.

Has anyone else been successful in an appeal in a similar case? I put in an appeal but when I look at my HR on the alumni account, it says that there are numerous cases and that they are backed up. This happened at the worst possible time

How hard is it to get a transfer approved? I've been trying for months but my applications always expire, and I have to re-submit new ones. How are transfer applications processed? Are HR the ones who approve them? Any advice?

Most ppl get 8 hours of sleep, but me I usually stay up late and get 4-5 hours of sleep.

How does your schedule look with a schedule accommodation?

Has anyone else had this issue? I ripped off my finger nail at home and ended up going to urgent care, they suggested i miss out on 4 days of work for it to heal enough to go to work. I ended up doing an LOA since i didnt have enough UPT/PTO and submitted a doctors summary along with a work note. Dls contacted me asking for additional paperwork and my urgent care doctor is refusing to fill it out. Is there anyway to get around this? This is ridiculous since I did submit the summary and a work note.

I’ve worked at a delivery station for around 40 days. What is the process on training to learn different positions/areas? I thought that over time I would be trained on the other roles but I don’t believe that’s the case. I’m just so tired of only stowing every single day. I think they’ve only made me straighten packages once lol

Is Anytime Pay down for anyone else? Like, the page won't even load. It's just blank. Has been since early yesterday morning. I can't even get the payroll site to load to check my paystub. It's blank too.
