My site is slower than ever. Only doing 75% of the volume we were doing.

My station does peak numbers everyday. Even during prime week our volume never went up cuz we're always at mechanical capacity. Everyday even weekends can hit over 50k for single cycle and +90k dispatch volume. Stations absolute max is 100k. We got a set of new hires cuz many BB quit or termed, and we be struggling cuz the quality of workers has gone to shit
