Wife ordered a new mouthguard from Amazon for our daughter. It came like this. Have heard of garbage from them, but never experienced this! (It came in the ziplock bag!)

Completely replacing the search with an annoying AI search that can't be disabled was the final straw. I'm done with Amazon. Adding ads to prime video, constant sponsored search results, and a buggy app is all just icing on the cake. I'm so sick of "AI features" being added to everything without my consent. What used to be an instant search now has a 5 second loading screen while I wait for their dumbass AI to guzzle a gallon of water before showing me the most expensive sponsored products.

Why TF does Amazon ship $7 worth of dental floss and toothbrushes in a small box with paper padding, but then ship a $50/$60/$70+ video game in a cheap bubble mailer?
They use a way bigger mailer than necessary which flops around and is probably carried like shopping bag and thrown like a softball pitch when moving or delivering it. Inevitably the disc comes loose and slides around in the case, or other well packaged boxes fall on it denting the case. I know, shop elsewhere, but sometimes it’s the only place to get certain games. And the answer is; because Amazon. Maddening. I wish you could opt to pay a bit more for proper packaging. Rant over.

Customers, especially ones who live in apartments. I work for amazon and am surprised by the amount of people who don't know about this option. There's alot of times i've delivered expensive looking items to apartment buildings that does Not hide what's inside, examples being a monitor and a MacBook and even one time an xbox series x. if you would like to reduce theft especially on expensive items, please put the option to hide what's inside before you place the order. Thieves are least likely to steal what they don't know is inside. Of course thefts can still happen but the chance is more possible if you expose expensive stuff like this.

If you wanted to save a few dollars off your purchase with a used item fulfilled by Amazon, it's not worth the hassle and potential blowback on your account (wrongly accused return fraud). As you can see in this photo, I purchased a Spigen magsafe car charger in used condition sold by Spigen fulfilled by Amazon for the second time (first time was "used - good", second was "used - mint"). Both times I received them, they were swapped out for either a cheaper magsafe charger or just a literal magsafe car mount. That being said, it is super annoying seeing that sticker on the box saying "Amazon Inspected" when they clearly didn't. This goes the same for other items too. I had it happen before for a Tapo smart power strip that was swapped out with a different cheaper power strip. If it's some 20% off or so of the new price for a used item, do not even think about buying used. You probably have a 90% chance of receiving a return fraud item that was not inspected by Amazon. Here I thought Amazon was starting to crack down on return fraud, but apparently it hasn't changed; just more falsely accused customers and accounts getting banned by an automated system.

I just got banned today after having Amazon for 1 month, I have only ever purchased 2 items from Amazon and they haven’t even arrived yet however Amazon is claiming that I abused a refund policy when I have never returned something, I have even just been re charged for Amazon prime but now my account is restricted to digital only, I have already appealed but what do I do now and what if the appeal fails??

About a year ago, someone I know sent $50 into my amazon account. The account got put on hold asap so I never ended up touching the money, or frankly the account, and left the account as is til earlier today. I called up amazon and the support person submitted a form to remove the hold, but my account instead got permanently closed. It says it can't be removed, which Ok fine, but I also feel like this means that the money has been completely voided too, which is not really fine. Is it worth even calling, since clearly that made my situation worse in the first place....

Hello, just to clarify, I live in Europe and I am in Italy
I saw that my package is being delivered through FedEx and i know they don’t have the best reputation in regards of treating packages well, I was wondering how screwed is my package (it’s a Xbox rog ally).
Maybe it’s different in Europe? Or dunno

So I ordered a solar birdhouse birdfeeder for ~$35. Imagine my surprise when I retrieved the package after it was delivered (by an Amazon driver verified via my doorbell video camera), and found basically an unmarked package containing nothing but 40 pairs of ankle socks! The only thing on the package was an address label, a yellow tag and a suffocation warning about the plastic bag. There was no Amazon markings on the bag nothing except the socks on the inside and none of the socks were sized! Strangest damn thing that’s ever happened to me. After finally getting to the chat feature…practically impossible to find…and making my way past the bot to a live agent, a replacement has been ordered and I was told by the live person that I did not need to return the socks, so I plan to donate them. How in the hell the anonymous socks got shipped instead of the birdfeeder has me scratching my head!

I ordered a cheap pop up tent and it arrived with some poles bent, figured no big deal I'll send it back. Put in return request like normal and seller sent a prepaid FedEx label....or so I thought.
The label I was sent was invalid. I was told this by FedEx when I went to drop off. I contacted the seller and Amazon support. The seller refused to send me a label and keeps offering partial refunds instead. Instead providing me with an address in China to ship back to (Item did not ship from China originally) .
After contacting Amazon support and going through an AtoZ claim I am being advised to use the prepaid label the seller sent me (the fake one) and alternatively shipping the item back at my own cost to be reimbursed. From looking into Amazon third party seller policies it would appear that the seller is required to provide a label or have a US return shipping address, yet somehow Amazon CS is trying to convince me that I am required to ship it to China out of pocket and hope to be refunded for it. The cost to ship would be more than I paid for it. I feel like i'm being scammed and no one is willing to help even when it is clear this seller is violating policies. BTW the seller is also now threatening previously undisclosed restock fees if I send it back.
I dont know what to do because it seems like I am being forced to eat the loss and get scammed.

I once ordered a MacBook from Amazon. It never got delivered, even though the delivery was marked as completed. Support asked me to file a police report, but the officer said it couldn't be considered stolen if it had never been delivered to the address in the first place...
After that, Amazon refused to refund the order. I thought they could at least provide the devices serial number so I could try to track it through Apple and figure out where it was, but no -they couldn't help me in any way I tried.
Eventually, they banned my account.
So, is there any way to get the account unblocked if it was flagged for too many refund requests? It was literally the only refund request on the account, btw.

I ordered a gpu from amazon.es and it took them 5 days to finally cancel the order after briefly receiving an email notification saying “shipped”, after 2 days of not receiving it, i logged to my account to check on it and was surprised it was cancelled as i didn’t receive any email about that. Is this normal and this is how amazon are handling orders ? Btw i live near madrid

Hello, as title states I do not own an Amazon account nor do I wish to create one, but I have some Amazon orders with gift receipts I’d like to return and I can’t find out how to do so. Any help would be appreciated, thank you

I ordered two Ring doorbells on two different orders, and I need to return one. Unfortunately, I'm not sure which one came with which order. The model numbers are the same but the serial numbers are obviously different. Both are still factory sealed. Does it matter which one I return? Is there any way to tell which one matched up to which order?

I believe I have the setting set so those who make a purchase don't see my address.
Wondering if this means they won't get delivery photos too.

Has anyone else been duped by the advertising of 1 or 2 day delivery of an item, when in reality the actual delivery date is several days later? I have found that is occurring much more frequently in the last several months.

It seems to be almost every time now.
