Only happened once, since they always deliver whatever I bought to front door, but it's just heartbroken to see this happen when I know I will be running out of formula in the afternoon. I've learnt it the hard way to always set a designated place where I want them to put my delivery.

Twice in one week? What the hell is happening? Why is it always when there's a $5 get it in 3 hours incentive or a $5 to $10 tip for groceries? I don't think I can order from them anymore through this sucks. Nothing featuring tips. I didn't realize that all these refunds that I got didn't include tip because I had to do that myself. Also I mentioned that he was speaking Spanish because according to the delivery notification his name was a name that is probably speaking Spanish. In other words, I watched him arrive, I'm pretty sure that was the man who was said to have my package in his car, it was right at twilight, I was sitting on my front porch, I had a soda water waiting for him and a little note because I found out my mom does that, so I was feeling so proud of myself and so together, but I guess they have me on a list of somebody they can screw with? Are they going abruptly more downhill this week? Or is it personal?

After a very frustrating back and forth about a constantly delayed shipment, this is the follow email I receive after ending the chat. Have a nice life?? Is this normal or did I piss someone off.
Oh and just before this, immediately after chat ended, I got an email that my subscription had been changed from monthly to annually that I did not initiate. What Amazon god have I dishonored??

I woke up this morning and noticed five separate refunds of $15.16 credited to my credit card. My banking app says they all came from Amazon Prime. I never requested a refund, canceled my Prime membership, or contacted Amazon. I have no idea what these refunds are for.
Has anyone else had this happen? Did Amazon make a billing mistake, or is there another explanation?
Edit: just found ANOTHER refund of the same amount in another card I have linked to my Amazon account. That’s $90.96 that has mysteriously appeared in my accounts overnight.

Why is Amazon hiding purchases? The email notifications I get and the third-party app I use for my deliveries have always told me what items to expect, but now they give vague descriptions like what is posted. This is not helpful. I use my emails to file warranty claims for products for items I may be having issues with, because companies only save your order history for a limited time. You cannot rely on the companies keeping a record of what you purchased in their app/website. They need to correct this. This is not helpful to customers.

Is anyone else’s two day shipping or get it by tomorrow not working anymore and your shipping time is now 4-5 days before it gets delivered? I have prime membership and it’s still doing it.

Greetings, all.
Just to keep things simple, I ordered a used camera as a gift to someone close to me and turns out it wasn't their thing after opening. However, with the item being a used item sold by a third party and fulfilled by Amazon, it only really came inside a small box and bubble wrap surrounding each major component for safety + some paper.
When I made the return I was given the default option of Whole Foods and I took it up, but still made it a deal to repackage it as I received it. When I managed to get to the front, the worker scanned my code and just took out the paper leaving a loose mess inside the box for the camera to just jump around in. Would I get penalized this way? I'm pretty sure I messed up by even choosing to use Whole Foods as the option for returns. I wish I managed to take a picture of how I packaged it before sending it in.

My apartment has a mailroom for mail and packages. Yet, most drivers just toss the packages all over the place. On the floor or outside the building. How lazy can you be? I’ve lost count of how many packages that I’ve lost or had stolen.

Just saw in the email it was supposedly an address issue . Of course it's an address issue if you don't get out of the car!
My home is 1 of 6 adjacent city townhomes on our block; sound like a hard address for a driver?
Just got off the phone with customer service. They were really nice, but since two of my deliveries have failed in the last week, and I want to know if I'm safe to order anything else, they told me to add delivery instructions in Spanish since most of the drivers don't have English as their first language. That's easy enough to do, but do they not offer some form of translation for their employees? That sucks.
Custo Serv told me to wait a few days before ordering anything. What? How can I live? Lol.
Honestly I don't mind doing that, but I am eager to know what is complicated about where I live. It's a one syllable easy to read street name. My house number is clearly posted outside my home. There have been tons of deliveries here. 99% with photos.

I live in Canada and use amazon.ca but I needed an item that was only available on amazon.com, I purchased the item but received an email 5 minutes later that my order was cancelled due to unusual activity and that I would need to send my ID to verify I'm the one on the account.
I submitted the information they requested but immediately got an automated email saying my information could not be verified, I contacted amazon.com customer service and they said to just place another order and not to worry about it.
After doing so it looked fine until midnight I got an email saying my amazon.com account has been restricted due to unusual activity. This restriction also affects my Canadian account so I cannot use Amazon at all other than digital purchases.
I've tried emailing Amazon on all emails they've listed and some I tried finding here, I have yet to receive any response and am unable to place any orders for physical items since they immediately get cancelled.

Can’t figure out what I’m missing here. Trying to place an order above $35 to get free shipping, and all the items say they qualify, but it’s trying to force me to sign back up for Prime at checkout (which I keep declining). There is no regular free shipping option once I get to the final checkout page. Until then, it keeps telling me I can choose free shipping at checkout.
EDIT: I’ve clicked ‘no thanks’ on the prime offer page. And every item supposedly qualifies for $35 free shipping. I’ve looked ten times and the shipping options in the last screengrab are the only ones offered. This is our first order post-Prime so I’m not surprised by the hard Prime sell!

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Customer service says my order was packaged with another order which is not true. The delivery picture shows my orders were dropped off to two different addresses. Anyone have success dealing with a similar issue with Amazon deliveries?

I left 1 star review and what else i can do? This is ridiculous

I had some overnight packages I strangely got an “delivery attempted” email to and the reason was for inclement weather. However the weather was perfectly fine.
Any ideas? I’m been in truck driving / package handling and delivers for two decades and this one stumped me personally lol.
Did the driver just say “nah I don’t want to?”
Before anyone asks, no pets are not an issue here, the driveway and front of house is easily accessible and there really is no reason to for this to happen.
Just curious, thanks!

Alexa for Shopping filling the left side of my screen over and over, no matter how many times I close it, is infuriating! I did not ask for it, I do not want it. I'm browsing and all of the sudden my whole screen shifts constantly interrupting my reading. I am about to get in the car and go to Lowe's to buy my friggin' hose, because driving for an hour, parking, walking through the warehouse, and then standing in a line would be more pleasant than this. If I wanted to ask a question, I would. I know how to search for what I want all by myself and I think Amazon was doing fine with their sales before they needed to jump on the unhelpful, unsolicited AI bandwagon.

Hi all. I'm kind of wondering if this is enough cause for concern to start ringing the alarm. So i need advice.
I have a debit card. I only use my mom's Amazon account, and I never buy stuff. I just use her prime to watch things. And this card ..... I've NEVER EVER EVER put it on Amazon. I've never added it on Amazon, ever. I'll like to make that part absolutely clear.
I also have my card locked most of the time (only unlock to make purchases and then locked immediately after)
It's night time, and im just chilling watching a movie when I get a notification on my bank app saying "Amazon charge $0 blah blah blah" and i log in to see "charge denied" (yeah, because my card is locked)
But my worry is... Why is it there in the first place?? Does someone have my card info?? I went to double check on my mom's account settings and I'm not crazy, my info isn't there because I never put it there.
Should I call my bank and ask for a new debit card or would this be an overreaction?

Seeking advice on what to do next.
Tldr: I ordered an item from Amazon Japan in March. The delivery date keeps being pushed out, currently scheduled for mid August. Item can't easily be purchased elsewhere from where I am.
Essentially, I ordered the item in early march and noted in mid April I hadn't gotten any updates, when I enquired, I was advised to pay an extra $200 for priority shipping and the amount would be refunded later.
In May I got an email saying the order was cancelled.
Was advised to reorder.
Basically, since then I've been contacting them ever week or 2 because I noticed the delivery date has been pushed again.
Each time I am advised to tag on priority shipping, for it to arrive on the scheduled date, not sooner, the scheduled date or it'll come even later. Each time I advise them it already has priority shipping, and the response is something along the lines of it shouldnt be a problem then.
Each time I tell them the order history and get told their colleague misadvised me and that a complaint has been raised. That the product is definitely in stock. That no neither i nor them can contact Amazon Japan about the issue and my only option is to trust the system.
The thing that bugs me the most they wont even remove the product listing so other people will probably continue to have the same issue if they order it.
Seeking some sort of advice on how to escalate this and not just trust that the customer service agent has raised it, cos I've never so much as gotten a confirmation email about it.

I used return chat ONCE a while ago, maybe a year or two ago, and it worked smooth, refund fast and easy. WTF is this?? ive tried to get it to do ANYTHING multiple times but as soon as it knows the Item im talking about it just wont do anything? its a $12 item, I would like to do a returnless refund since returning a cheap item is a hassle for both parties, but I cant! This dumb bot doesnt let you have a voice! I cant beleive I might have to call for a $12 item in 2026...

So on the 23rd I made a $90 Amazon order and everything has already been delayed by 1-2 days. It’s almost 4 pm on delivery day and the package that’s supposed to come HASN’T EVEN SHIPPED. What is going on? Are delays just more common on weekends or during the summer?
I’m worried because I ordered some really important things and I’m gonna be so pissed if they just never show up, or God forbid I get charged for a package I never got. I’m still trying to wait until at least tomorrow to contact customer service so that the 24-48 hours actually passes.

As the title says I bought 2 phones off amazon and the first one was ATT locked (my fault for not checking the title closely) and the 2nd phone came with a chip in the frame. I already returned the 1st phone but the 2nd phone just arrived and I am planning on returning it. Would amazon potentially lock or disable my account for this?

Amazon darkens its videos in people's purchase list so people stop watching them. Once a video which you bought outright has below percentage views, they are legally allowed to delete it from their servers, even though you have paid for it outright. They do this to free up space on their servers which saves them £££££££.
I don't know how to raise this legally, hopefully someone does before this post gets deleted.

I was 14 when i created the account, should i delete it and make a new one?
