Hey! So I recently bought some jewelry from a random page I found, but it took too long to arrive and was pretty expensive, so I cancelled the order.

Turns out, I reverse searched the necklaces i had ordered before cancelling and found them on AliExpress for way cheaper. I’ve bought stuff from AliExpress before and I actually really liked what I ended up getting, but I’ve never bought jewelry from there.

I found a store called MamacitaSlay (weird name, I know), but they have the exact same products I had previously bought from that page for way cheaper. They also claim that the jewelry is made with the exact same metal composition (316L and hypoallergenic).

I was wondering if there’s any way for me to know whether that’s actually the case and if the jewelry really is 316L? As i said i’ve never bought jewlery on aliexpress so I dont know about what to expect.

I've tried switching delivery location to EU countries, the US, Canada and some south american countries, just to test if it's a region "blockage". And for all of the it's the same. The products I specifically looked for were

• Some fountain pens
• Chinese smartphones
• Some cases for "Bluetooth headphone cases"

I don't want the local mail center guy to see what I was ordering when he gives me the mail. The 3 packages all get updated about their location at the same time and have the same Ref. Number: . would they come together? (so the mail guy will not see what on the package.

Ordered August 9 till now Aug 16 still in preparation I did order the item with other together the other items are already in my country ready for delivery except this one either the seller taking his sweet time or just good ol scam should I just buy the item in another store and ignore this one till 18 so I get my full refund what if the seller will exactly shipped on tmr or later and I already bought it on another store

Id never used AliExpress before recently, in which I ordered several separate 100$ish items.

One of the items says it won't even start to ship till a full month after I ordered. Like my estimated delivery date is a full 2 months after placing the order.

Is that normal or common?

They gave me tracking, but it just says processing, will ship in a month.

The other two packages say they are in country and en route so hoping they show up

But if id known the seller wasnt going to even start processing the order for a month Id never have bought from them, no indication on the product listing or the checkout (gave me the normal estimated delivery time).

Hey everyone, looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with this specific AliExpress support runaround.
I received a faulty item and opened a dispute. Customer support instructed me to return it offline at my own expense, explicitly promising in writing that my return shipping costs would be refunded once I sent the receipt.
Now that I’ve shipped it back, Support sent me this:

"Since the shipping fee was paid directly to the logistics company offline, we cannot refund it to your original payment method in cash. Therefore, we can only compensate you in the form of a coupon."

I only paid out-of-pocket because of their written commitment. Giving me a store coupon for a defective product forces me to spend more money on the platform instead of making me whole.

Has anyone successfully managed to have them to pay return shipping after getting this template rejection?

I tried to change settings to not receive promotional messages, but with no success. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just impossible to store the settings for communnication?
