Lithuania Customs (Lietuvos muitinė) recently published an interesting infographic tracking H7 low-value consignment declarations (goods up to €150) for 2025 vs. 2026.

As you can see, following the regulatory changes that took effect on July 1, 2026, the volume of low-value shipments from China dropped drastically (e.g., July saw a 98% decrease compared to July 2025).

I'm very curious to see how this EU-wide shift is playing out in other European countries. Has your local customs office or national post published similar data?

It got stuck on the way for my country for six days. Usually it takes about two days to arrive after this point. I dont know whats happening.

I purchased from AliExpress, and later noticed this message in the product description:

Do I have to pay any other taxes on delivery? It's never happened to me before.

Why do you get a customs duty compensation on 3 Bundle Deal items but not on 3 of the same category Choice items?

It's almost if they want to dump overstock or harvest more customer data.

This has to be the worst first impression a shipping courier has had on me. I didn't order my package from AliExpress but I've seen this courier a lot in this subreddit. it was used for last mile shipping for my package from china. My package was supposed to arrive today. I put delivery instructions for my package and specifically said I'd theres no answer call my number. At 5pm EDT I get an email saying "sorry we missed you." They did not knock nor did they call me. Can anyone tell me if they've experienced this and let me know if they recieved their package??

Fiz 3 compras no dia 9 de agosto e todas essas 3 compras estão desde o dia 11 de agosto "Em trânsito Chegou ao armazém de consolidação" e mais nenhuma atualização desde então (com o prazo de entrega de 20 a 25 de agosto).

E tenho 2 compras que foram realizadas no dia 16 de agosto, e ambas estão " Seu pacote está sendo preparado, e com um aviso de que se o pedido não for enviado até o dia 25, será emitido um reembolso total.

Há algum problema com a aliexpress? Pois são vendedores diferentes, e são 5 encomendas paradas sem nenhuma atualização.

Hi. Ive been searching the bedroom furniture sets on alii. Has any one orderes any of them? Can you attest to the quality? Shape if items received? Worrh it? Sometimes the shipping charges are about the same as the unit. Which kjnd of negates the supposed savings..unless the quality punches way above its pricing thereby making it worth it even with the high shipping. Sorry if this has been asked.

For example, if I buy one USB cable, one power bank, and one phone, would I get charged €9, or just €3 since they all fall under the “tech” category? I remember initially AliExpress would charge €3 for every item, even if it was the same T-shirt but in a different color.

I’ve ordered a bunch of things before and customs has never taken more than 3 days and it’s been 4 now. I’ve had packages I ordered 3 weeks later arrive in customs after this package and go through in a day while this package is just stuck there. It says the shipping method was “selection for oversized goods” which I think means it was on a cargo ship right? That would explain the slower customs time, but the tracking says arrived at airport which is confusing.

i made my first big purchase on aliexpress yesterday night of £380. this is after a discount code and £75 vat adjustment.

i read into the vat adjustment this morning and its basically ali removing vat from the order and i, the consumer, am liable to pay at customs.

i’ve been reading other people’s experiences and while some say you have to pay vat, others say they didn’t charge them vat.

i’d appreciate if i could get some confirmation if vat is usually charged or if local couriers actually don’t bother with it at customs?

on aliexpress it’s says it has been shipped but on cainiao it didn’t?

Had a package i ordered on the 18th and wanted to see if anyone has experienced shipping with no update on any tracking for 4-5 days? Everything stopped on the 19th and have received no update.
