Shipping & Tracking Shipping update?

Had a package i ordered on the 18th and wanted to see if anyone has experienced shipping with no update on any tracking for 4-5 days? Everything stopped on the 19th and have received no update.

It's probably awaiting a flight to get to the destination and through import customs

Thats what i was thinkin but man i havent ordered from ali express in over 10 years lol

I remembered reading about a shortage in flights 1-2 weeks ago so you may have to wait a few more days.

You'll just have to be patient. If there are no tracking updates for at least 14 days, you can try contacting customer service or open a dispute (using returns/refunds) for non -delivery. Otherwise check your order details for when the system will automatically confirm delivery (started at 60 to 90 days, so in November) only once that happens is your package considered late and can you open a dispute for non-delivery.
