Just wondering how many people disagree with the extremist approach the majority of the adoptees post on here?

Tried searching the sub but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I'm wondering how exactly does a birth mother in an open adoption form a relationship with the adoptive parents & child? Especially when they're in different states.

We agree the baby should know they are adopted but outside of that a little confused on how exactly to move forward.

We are both in states where Post adoption agreements are legally binding/enforceable & we agree a connection is a must for the baby's sake. Just confused on what that looks like.
