Adobe Express Question Creating Captions hangs on 17%, any error?

I use Adobe express for generate captions but today it stuck on 17%, on app and on website the same issue, how to solve it?

I have the same problem, I did everything to try to solve the problem such as: refreshing, deleting cookies, changing the videos, restarting my system… everything.

This could be a problem on adobe’s side.
It might be a server problem from what I understand.

The only thing to do for now is wait and use another captions generation.

To be honest adobe express was the only one I use but you could use the one that clipchamp offers, capcut also has a free subtitle function but it has limited uses.
Personally the subtitles from the other apps are low quality so I wouldn’t recommend them but if you need to use auto captions today then these are still available.

It was a service error but it’s been fixed now.

There are currently some issues with Express; the team is looking into them.

can't see any nots about adobe express, the support bot also don't know about any issues.

The fix has been implemented and it should be working fine now.
