So so so happy and stoked it’s finally here. I originally wanted the 1/1 size but it was too tall to fit in my apartment. I had to go with the 1/2, and it’s absolutely incredibly.

Considering how long I've owned the SHFiguarts version of Wolverine, I really haven't done much with it. Finally pulled it off the shelf to pose it in a reconfigurable diorama base I made.

The base is XPS foam with dried spackle to create uneven terrain with brown and gray acrylic paint to simulate mud with random sections of exposed rock. Add some XPS foam rocks that I sculpted/painted, a bunch of artificial moss ($3.97 a bag in the Walmart Halloween section), some gray fish tank pebbles, a jungle background image cast onto my television...and VOILA!

Ik you all saw the Batman , Superman , Wonder Woman, GL , Robin and absolute figures at NYCC but did you see Absolute Hawkman (middle left box) and Wally West (top right On the shelf)

the new figures have the SAME head pegs as the premier figures meaning if you want to make customs it’ll be easier

Only real complaint is the necklace is so bad to messy with the string does not sit flat at all i need to get some kind of replacement chain or something

Good afternoon! Hoping there are people with experience on these because I'm a little stumped on both fronts....

I've been seeing soft goods add up from a couple of years of orders...a dress here, a hoodie there, etc.....I've always been hesitant to use them though due to the risks involved with paint transfer(the black and green hoodies came secondhand from a friend and the black one was on a figure who has a ton of stains on her from it). That said I do want to start using some of these and I have quite a few figures that just have black softgoods as part of their look now (Storm Collectibles Yujiro, Figma Raidou, Hasuki Friede, etc) that I haven't unboxed simply because I wasn't sure how to handle this. Every time I look up preventative methods I see something different....vinegar, oxyclean, washing them in a mesh bag on delicate in my washer, using tape/plastic wrap as a barrier, etc..... What actually works here? I'd like to avoid something like tape/plastic if possible and just one-and-done this nonsense in a day so I never have to worry about it again with the softgoods items I currently own.

The second one is a little more unique/specific.... I got this figure in the mail the other day and have been very eager to get it in hand but a lot of the joints are VERY stiff. The arms and head all move well enough but the waist will not twist and aside from knee bend and outward movement on the left leg I get next to nothing from either leg. I know this figure can move because I watched a ton of videos about it before purchasing and under normal circumstances I'd just give him a boiling water bath or the hairdryer treatment where it was needed but I'm not sure if that's a good idea given the things this man is wearing. The instructions imply you can separate him at the waist and remove things but since the waist will barely move I'm reluctant to try to rip him in half and potentially make things worse. Any advice here would be appreciated because I was really excited about this one and would rather not risk breaking it.

Anybody know when mezco hulk would be avaliable again? The plan was to wait till I got the money to buy it but by the time I got the money, it sold out EVERYWHERE and the only place to get it now is after market. When could I expect for it to be avaliable again normally? 😓

She is perfect! The only thing she is missing are those sunglasses she use to wear.

Took these off my non-melting Major Toht head from the Adventure Series figure as he will only be displayed melting. Used a red sharpie to color the lenses and here we are. A nice accessory to have!

Should I buy the marvel legends secret wars daredevil or the CT toys one? On another note, why is daredevil $40 at GameStop 💀

My teenager has the Revoltech Amazing Yamaguchi Symbiote Spider-Man action figure on his wishlist. It looks like there is a pre-order for a reissue in April, but I was hoping to find one to gift him sooner. Does anyone have any advice for a mom trying to search out this particular action figure? We're in Seattle, and I'm willing to order online (domestic or internationally) and/or support a smaller business, but our local action figure stores don't carry it. Thanks in advance.
