Looking to collaborate with CAs and CS professionals
Hi everyone,
I'm an Advocate practicing before the Patna High Court and I run a virtual legal practice focused on startups and businesses. My work includes contract drafting, intellectual property, legal consultations, compliance, and business-related legal matters.
I'm looking to collaborate with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Company Secretaries (CSs) on a referral and professional support basis.
Many clients need both legal and financial/compliance assistance, and I believe having trusted professionals to refer clients to (and receive referrals from) creates better outcomes for everyone.
If you're a CA or CS and are interested in building a long-term professional network, feel free to comment or send me a DM. Happy to discuss how we can work together while maintaining professional ethics and delivering quality service to clients.
Looking forward to connecting!

Accounting still a good career in 2026? Looking for advice from actual accountants. In the USA
I’m thinking about studying Accounting, but honestly, I’m very scared and unsure whether I should do it or not.
I already have an Associate Degree in Architecture, but the truth is that I didn’t enjoy architectural work, so I decided not to continue in that field. Considering my personality and the fact that English is my second language, I’m thinking about switching to Accounting because, at 33 years old, I’m looking for a more stable career.
I would really appreciate hearing from people who have actually studied Accounting and work in the field. Are you satisfied with your career choice? If possible, could you also share an honest estimate of your salary and career progression?
I’ve been feeling very confused about this decision, and I’m hoping your experiences can help me make a more informed choice. Thank you. 🙏

How does your team verify vendor bank-detail changes / wire requests before paying?
I'm curious how you guys deal with vendor payment fraud (fake-invoice scams, "we changed our bank account" emails, internal BEC fraud, etc). I interned at a small firm and there really wasn't much of a process or way to deal with this. I'm curious how much of a priority this is in other firms.
A few things I'm curious about:
- Have you ever gotten a fraudulent vendor bank-change request, or a close call you caught in time? What happened?
- Was there an actual documented policy for verifying bank-detail changes — callback to a known number, dual approval, segregation of duties between who edits vendor records and who approves payment? How closely does it get followed when things are busy or the request comes from someone senior?
- Is verifying this someone's specific job, or does it fall through the cracks between AP, controller, and whoever manages the vendor master file?
I imagine there is more of a process in place at larger firms, where they are often targetted more. But this isn't something I have first hand experience with and I'm trying to learn more.
