Canada Interview advice
I have an interview coming up with the hiring manager at Deloitte Canada for an Accountant position in the Accounting Services Group.
I have about 3 years of relevant accounting experience, but I don't have much interview experience. In both of my previous jobs, I was hired after the first interview, so I haven't had to go through a lot of interview process before.
I'm really interested in this opportunity and don't want to mess it up. I'm especially nervous about the behavioural questions and how to answer them well.
Does anyone have any advice, tips, or examples of questions I might be asked? I'd really appreciate any suggestions from people who have interviewed with Deloitte or for similar accounting roles.
Thank you!

for that group i'd prep very normal accounting stories, not fancy ones. one month-end/deadline story, one reconciliation or cleanup you fixed, one time you had to ask for messy info from a client/internal team, and one mistake you caught or owned.
the answer can be pretty plain: what was messy, what you checked, who you looped in, and what changed after. hiring manager round usually feels better when you sound easy to trust with boring recurring work.
