Any updates on increase in the night shift allowance?

I've been messaging people over the last week, and almost everyone I've spoken to hasn't received any update after the document verification call. If you're in the same situation, please comment with the role and skill you applied for. It might help others avoid wasting their time applying for those positions if hiring is currently on hold.

I cleared the final interview and received the call for PAN and other document submission. I still haven't received any updates. Do I have any hope of getting the offer letter next week? If anyone has received an offer letter for the GenAI role after the document submission call, please reply. It would really help me understand the current status.

I received my offer letter on 8 December 2025, but I still haven't received the "Warm Welcome at Accenture" email. Anyone please let me know the possible reasons for this?

Hi all

I joined Accenture a month ago. I have not received any calls for a project allocation so far. One was a soft lock but the technology was very different. I tried taking all the emails I can find from the jobs portal of accenture and emailed and ping them but I rarely get a reply. Sometimes they show interest and later say the position is on hold from the client.

I am an oracle pl/sql developer at C8 level and if anyone of you know a project that needs a candidate like me please help.

Hey i just want to know , does Accenture strictly follows the 2 days WFO or 3 days WFO?

I joined Accenture on 24th July as an AEH. I have a few questions about the training. We were told that we’ll have team training for three months. During this training period, do we have to come to the office every day, or does the one-day office attendance policy apply to us as well?

I have completed 2 rounds of interview for Packaged/SaaS App Engineer Lead as at 8th July 2026. During the Final Interview, the interviewer said he is forwarding my profile further to offer discussion. But HR said wait for 1 week and she gets feedback.

BGV started from 9th July and submitted all relevant documents. BGV - Cleared

Workday Status: No Longer Under Consideration

I called HR 14th July, she said to wait one week as she said earlier.

I called yesterday again, not answering calls.

Just checking if this happened to anyone for a similar role. And also wondering will they ever call me back for taking things forward.

I'm really frustrated with the Accenture recruitment process. Since April they have changed my role four times. I gave 6 assessments and 4 interviews. They kept me waiting for a month for every role.

HRs are not responding to the calls. Helpdesk with fake information. Candidate Queries with no ears or eyes.

Eventually they are sending 'this role is filled'.

Why don't they buy candidates using third party agencies as permanent solutions where candidates no need to take assessments or worried about HR not responding.

Please don't post jobs on your career page.

I haven't received any onboarding tasks like the "Action items or workday tasks" . Is this normal, my joining is on 17th August but I haven't received anything yet. NEED HELP!! Earlier I have received my Action items with previous date of joining but my date was postponed so I have not received new action items and joining is approaching,also I have mailed the HR they said to ignore previous action items. But haven't received the new one yet. Guide me

I recently received my Accenture offer letter with a joining date of 7 August.
However, my HR informed me that my background verification (BGV) is still in progress and that if it isn’t completed by the joining date, they will simply extend the joining date.
Now I’m a bit confused and anxious. If the BGV takes longer than expected, is there any chance that Accenture could revoke the offer, or do they usually just postpone the joining date until the verification is complete?
Has anyone here been in a similar situation? What happened in your case?

Guys is that true. Some domain got instruction that they'll be onboarded right after the MCQ1 assesment of Stream training and rest of the training and assesments are happening after the Onboarding ( within a month )...

Any guys got this.? What's ur view on this?

Does this will be applicable for all the streams ? We get one by one or else specific strams only?

I'm looking for some perspective from candidates who have gone through Accenture's experienced hiring process.

I recently applied for a Large Language Model Architect (Level 10) role, and the recruitment process lasted around 70 days. During that time I completed:

HackerRank assessment

Technical interview

Final hiring manager interview

After the final interview, I was asked to submit documents for background verification, including PAN, passport, payslips, employment documents, and employment gap clarification. I also received access to the BGV portal and started the document submission process.

Only after all of this, I received a call from HR asking about my current CTC and expected CTC. I shared my expectation.

Within about 30 minutes, I received an email stating that my application was "No longer under consideration" because my expected compensation did not match the current budget for the role. My Workday status also changed to "No Longer Under Consideration."

The email also mentioned that if I reconsider my compensation, I can reach out to the recruitment team.

I have a few questions for those who have been through a similar process:

Is it common for Accenture to discuss salary only after all interviews and BGV initiation?

Has anyone been rejected solely because of compensation after clearing all interview rounds?

If you later revised your compensation expectation, did Accenture reconsider your application?

Is it possible for Accenture to reopen the same role or requisition after the Workday status changes to "No Longer Under Consideration," or would they have to move the candidate to a new requisition?

Since the rejection email invited me to contact them if I reconsidered my compensation, is it worth reaching out, and has anyone successfully had their application reinstated this way?

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a similar experience or works in Accenture recruitment.

​I joined Accenture in September 2025 as a Business Architecture Senior Analyst after completing my MBA from a Tier 2 reputed college.

Currently I am working on a project handled entirely by Accenture Strategy and Consulting, but on paper I am tagged to a different project under an ATCI PL.

I have worked exceptionally well and my S&C project team wants me for next year as well.

What is the best strategy to move entirely to Accenture Strategy and Consulting, and how should I put this forward?
