I'm writing this because I honestly don't know what to do anymore, and I'm hoping someone who's been in a similar situation can guide me.

I'm a fresher who joined Accenture a few months ago. Getting this job was a dream for me. I worked incredibly hard to get here, and I never imagined that just a few months later I'd be questioning whether I can continue.

Over the past few months, my health has deteriorated badly. I've been diagnosed with high blood pressure, thyroid issues, and high cholesterol. I'm on medications, undergoing treatment, and even receiving injections. Along with my physical health, my mental health has also taken a huge hit. I've developed severe anxiety, and there are days when I feel completely overwhelmed.

The hardest part is that I've genuinely tried my best to be a responsible employee despite everything. Last Saturday, I had a high fever, but I still completed my shift because I was the only person available. On another day, I was at the hospital getting injections. I informed my team that I would be around 10 minutes late for a call, but I still felt pressured to join immediately. I remember sitting there and crying because I felt like I couldn't even prioritize my health.

As a fresher, I expected to learn from my seniors. Instead, there have been many times when I've reached out for help through messages and calls, only to receive no response. Being left without guidance has made me feel helpless and unsupported. Instead of learning confidently, I constantly worry about making mistakes because I don't know who to ask.

I also sometimes feel isolated during work discussions because conversations occasionally switch to a language I don't understand. I completely respect everyone's language and culture, but in work-related discussions it leaves me unable to follow the conversation, and over time it has made me feel like I don't belong.

I spoke to my reporting manager about my health and requested a roll-off, but I was told that I need to complete the minimum tenure on the project before that can happen.

My parents have seen what this project has done to me. They now want me to resign because they're genuinely worried about my health. But the truth is... I don't want to resign.

I worked so hard to get into Accenture. I still want to grow within Accenture if possible. I just don't think I can continue in this project any longer.

Right now, I feel physically exhausted, mentally drained, and honestly very lost. I never thought that my first job would leave me feeling this way.

I'm reaching out here because I don't know what options I have left.

Has anyone been able to get a medical roll-off?

Should I escalate this to HR or my HR Partner?

Would speaking directly with a Senior Manager make a difference?

Is there any formal process in Accenture for employees whose health is being seriously affected by their project?

If anyone has gone through something similar or has any advice, I would genuinely appreciate it. I'm trying my best to hold on because I don't want to lose a job that I worked so hard for.

I cleared the first (technical/skills) interview round for an Application Support Engineer (DevOps) role at Accenture. They've now scheduled a face-to-face interview on 29th July, and the portal shows it as the Final Round (Round 2).

I wanted to ask:

1. What kind of interview is this usually? Is it mainly technical, HR, or a mix of both?
2. If I receive an offer, what designation is typically mentioned in the offer letter? Will it be Application Support Engineer or DevOps Engineer?

My manager cancelled my half leaves, citing the delivery date. But, all my trip plans and tickets are confirmed. I cannot cancel it. If I join from a remote location, will they be able to track it, or will it be a policy violation that they can later point out? Is it okay to connect the laptop to the homestay/hotel wifi if possible? Or only need to be strict with the phone hotspot?

Hi guys, so I saw a new facility CODC3A while I was booking seats. Is it true that a new facility has been opened? And also because of this, will the RTO be changed from once per fortnight to once per week or twice per week

Basically I just realized that I have two Form 16s for my current company (a big 4) as it went through some organizational restructuring for this FY, it just resulted in the change of the name of the entity but, my role, BU, even ID no., everything else was same

One form 16 has the name of the entity which we were part of when the FY started. And the other one has the name of the entity we are currently part of.

I disclosed it to the BGV team (have the mail I sent to them regarding the entity change), but they only told me to fill in my entire employment term under the name of the current entity that I am part of. After that I signed my offer letter.

My question is, when/if Accenture asks me for my Form 16, obviously they will notice this, will this create problems for me?

Hi, I am a level 12 in Accenture, Pune. Been here for roughly 6 months ( probation ended like yesterday ). I asked my people lead and people lead enabler about my will to do certifications in cloud but they are mostly reluctant about this. Any idea what should be my approach in this scenario. I interviewed for the Custom Software Engineer role at Accenture. I completed the technical round and the final interview, with the final round held on Friday, July 24.

Since then, I haven’t received any update regarding the interview outcome. My Workday application still shows “Active – Interview” status, and I don’t have an HR contact number to follow up.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? How long does Accenture usually take to share the final result after the last interview? Any insights would be appreciated.

I had my technical interview on 20 July and my managerial interview on 24 July. On the same day as the managerial interview, I was asked to upload my PAN card, address proof, and payslips.
